AFTER STOPPING TO LOOK, I WAS APPROACHED BY DEE TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. HE SAID LET'S TAKE OT FOR A RIDE. SO WE DID AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. IT WAS SUPER EASY AND STRESS FREE AND DEE WAS SUPER INFORMATIVE ON THE TRUCK AND THE OPTIONS IT HAD. STOP BY IN YOURE LOOKING FOR A NEW TRUCK OR CAR, THE INVENTORY WAS GREAT, BUT NOWHERE AS GREAT AS THE STAFF AT CLEVELAND FORD

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. I stopped in to look at a used truck and met with Brad who spent lots of time sharing information about the vehicle and comparisons with other vehicles in the same class he seemed very knowledgeable and yet was comfortable to talk to with no high pressure gimmicks....after the sale Brad took the time to show me how to operate controls on vehicle and programmed the blue tooth for my cell phone...I was impressed with the amount of service and maintenance they had done to vehicle including new timing belt, water pump and all fluids and filters replaced ....I recommend Brad and this dealership 😁

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

I bought my 2007 limited new and drove it until 2020. Only put 120k miles on it. Only had a few issues- starter and a needed tune up. I sold it to my son in law. Great truck, comfortable, power, and lots of room. Very reliable and great in snow. It has served them well and has only needed a few repairs. I bought a certified 2018 expedition limited and it is great also. Gas mileage is so much better with the turbo V6

This truck is comfortable, powerful & roomy. The third row can actually sit three adults with reasonable comfort. The Eco-boost V6 has plenty of power. Sufficient room behind 3rd row for cargo. Tahoe 3rd row is great if you like sitting with your knees by your ears. First Ford I’ve bought in 38 years since my 73 Mustang. If you get one make sure you get the Sync 3 radio.

I really enjoyed the service and level of interaction with Moss Motor Sports (Mr. Rick Blevins). His service was timely, very professional and courteous. Their website had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my purchase. Mr. Blevins was very patient regarding any questions about the vehicle and was available with critical information needed. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

He explained every detail about the Kia Seltos I eventually purchased (1st time Kia owner), and assisted with digital (media, phone, navigation) setup. The Finance Director, Clyde Dempsey, equally knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. Together, they made the process as seamless as possible. Overall excellent experience, and I couldn't be happier with my new Kia.

There is not one thing I can think of that this car needs, but doesn't have. From the power, heated seats and steering wheels, to 36 degree camera system, it is really something to behold.

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.
