Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

This is a comfortable, reliable and very safe SUV. This is our second Ford Expedition in our family. We had our last Expedition for 17 years (a 2003) and are now ready to get a newer one.

This is the perfect family car for those that like to adventure, it has plenty of leg room and room to put all the kids stuff. We will drive this until it no longer drives.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

I've owned my 2011 Expedition XLT regular wheelbase since 2012 (leftover). Basic cloth seats, manual A/C and heavy duty towing. This SUV has been super reliable. Preventative maintenance and I do all myself. Oil at 5k using Ford blend 5-20 for 100k and now 5-30. 3rd set of plugs and 2nd set of coils. This is the brown plug boot engine which I believe all 2008+ Expeditions use. Trans fluid changed at 60k, 110k and now ready. Front brakes have been replaced many times as it's just the way these brake. No problem as I do it myself but some may not like this. Liftgate the usual paint peeling and I don't care. Hood also has some under the front and think the bug shield has prevented it from peeling in the top of the hood. I just added a nice touchcreen with back up camera since the green LED radio got real dim. I plan on driving this one for another couple yrs and up to at least 200k. It appears the 2010-12 are overall very reliable and since they have a steep depreciation, not bad to pick one up. Not IF AND ONLY IF the oil was maintained with proper and FREQUENT oil changes! The 2008+ Ford 5.4L 3Valve in general is a decent engine ONLY IF THE OIL has been changed!!! If not, set aside $7k for an engine swap.
