2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Police car what about a hundred fifty thousand 7 miles on it no I have 335 thousand miles on it it runs like a top never quits on me even if I run out of gas I guess a little extra Waze for completely quit better than relationship ive ever had with people LOL

I regret selling mine. I keep multiple trucks at once and this is the most reliable one I ever had. In the last 5 years I've owned a Ram,Denali, Yukon SLT and a Suburban. My favorite truck was the Expedition.

Went in for routine service, was greeted immediately. They brought my car in, I was in and out in under 45 mins which is very rare now a days. Was very pleased and will be back in the future for all my service needs.

My wife and I just so happened to stop in just to look at vehicles. We saw a few that we liked and we ended up working with Ed Cushing. Immediately I felt comfortable with Ed being in sales myself. Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Imperial. the salesman Gabriel Borrero was amazing. I told him my finance limit and he did not try to sell me a vehicle I could not afford. Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

My thanks to DJ and the Sales team for getting this truck up from their Branford store. As smooth a process as it could have been. I also want to thank Keith and the Service team for taking care of several punch list items. The Service team is why I came back for another truck and will continue getting work done @ Greico Ford of Raynham.

This car has comfort combined with lots of room. It has great gas mileage and has been very reliable. It is the best car I’ve owned.
