This is my second expedition and made the move to the EL this time. So far I love the extra length. I went with an expedition again because it is very durable and lasts! I had my last expedition for 10years and hope to have this one for a long time!

2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.

They were great contacted me immediately and made appointments and easy to reschedule as needed. Ceasar was very helpful and polite unfortunately I purchased a car elsewhere they were still very friendly and helpful

Driving cross country with my son, who was moving to Iowa from Washington state. His 2002 Toyota with 200K + gave up on I90 on the Missouri bridge and he had to be towed to a shop. Willrodt Ford was the only shop in Chamberlin that would make time to look at it. Got there and could plainly see the cracked engine block. Patrick in sales did a great job working with us in my son's budget and set him up in used car that my son now loves. No high pressure sales, no unpleasantness, got back on the road and finished the trip in a lot nicer car than we started in. Only slight delay was they wanted to to a full lube and oil before we drove off. If they weren't so far from Seattle, I'd be looking there for my next car too.

Big O Auto was a real nice experience. They had a real nice Honda that was really rebuilt well. Jackson even went so far as to give me a virtual test drive. Yes. He recorded the drive and showed that everything worked and that there were no CELs. And even tho I’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks, it’s driving great. Big O Auto is a nice place to do business.

I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. I then inquired about the possibility of having my brother cosign the loan, to which Marcus agreed. He inquired about a convenient time for me to collect my new vehicle. I was thrilled to receive this news, especially considering that my bank had previously declined my application and having my brother cosign was my last resort. With winter approaching, I was eager to acquire a reliable vehicle, so I informed my brother of the update, and we proceeded to sign the necessary paperwork the following day, on Saturday.
