The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. First off, for once it was nice to be greeted, we went to their competitor, no one came out to help even though they saw us looking. Next, Jared, (Honda salesman), took the time and care to show my granddaughter everything about the car before and during the test drive. The vehicles are ssssooo comfortable!!! We went back to the competitor after a ?just in case ? and the same person who saw us the first time came out and asked if we need help, apparently you had to be put in a cue and wait for a salesperson to come out, even though it was extremely slow. When someone finally came out, we had to go in and discuss finances before test driving, the start of not wanting a car from them. And then we go on a test drive and the salesman didn?t want to sit upfront and show my granddaughter anything about the car, but had no problem taking us in and discuss finance?s, again, and with others. This was the finish of not wanting a car, a long with a half dozen phone calls and pressure. Honda has made purchasing a vehicle enjoyable on so many levels, the no pressure car sales, the care and respect of the customer service, and the quality and cute details of the vehicles, and did I mention the comfort of these car?s!!! Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

Had a great experience with Mike White Ford. Dealing with Travis thru phone and text, answered questions on a car I wanted, finally was able to make the trip to Couer d'Alene to see and drive in person, Travis turned me over to Andrew. Both guys can not say enough how they both are awesome to work with and the process was pretty fast to get me back on the road home.
