Janel and Dave very helpful. I wanted a jeep. I saw one online so wanted to check it out it was missing a few things I really wanted. Janel went Dave and talking Dave said there was one that just came in the night before. I took it on a test drive yes that was the one. The finance manager was awesome as well he had loan options right away. In total I was in and out in little over in hour including the test drive, unreal. I worked with Kostya Reznik, who worked very hard for my business. He knew I was looking for a very specific used vehicle, and he checked in with me every couple of weeks to answer questions and update me on inventory. In the end, I did not buy from him, but he earned my respect nonetheless. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful, and respectful. He will work hard for you. I ended up purchasing a pre-certified Kia Niro PHEV from another dealer, but if I were shopping new inventory, Kostya would be my first call.
