Used 2023 Ford Explorer XLT for sale near Otsego, MN

Pleasant atmosphere. No pressure. Jim and Jeff listened to our concerns and were very accommodating. I brought my daughter in to look at a used car and they worked with us to set her up. Having had terrible experiences in the past buying used cars, we were assured they would take care of us. We bought a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle appeared in very good condition. We purchased it and the next day it didn’t start. We called Morrie’s and they quickly picked up the car and fixed the problem. We are very satisfied with this dealer, they really have integrity and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Morrie’s.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Overall great experience. Worked with Tony. He was wonderful. The dealer agreed to fix a few things on the used vehicle prior to purchase and there was some delay and it took longer than expected. Had to make a return visit to fix something that was forgotten. I don?t purchase vehicles often but in the end I?m happy with our purchase from North Country Ford.

Natasha in the Service Area is Awesome.. She has always been professional, knowledgeable, yet patient with us. Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

I purchased a pre owned Lincoln from Holt, my sales agent was Sarah. She was through, patient, answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked on the car before I left. I spoke with & worked with 3-4 others who we also exceptional. When a dealership has quality vehicles, the vehicles sell themselves. I appreciate their relaxed style of selling. I?ve already directed two others to this dealership.

I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

been going to tennvorde st cloud since 1999 for several new vehicles and all service but it went downhill there so bad that we tried holt cokato since 2020 or so, met up with josh artman and have never been happier, service has been top notch and josh artman is very professional and knows his fords better than most. anybody looking for service or vehicles i point them to holt ford cokato.

Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️
