Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

The car I was interested in was sold but there were two others on the lot. After a test drive, I bought one. Great price and the car is in great conditon.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!
