I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

My experience with McMullen Ford was outstanding! I found a new truck I wanted via Cars.com and McMullen Ford had the one I wanted on their lot. I emailed the dealership and they were prompt to reply and provide any information I needed. I worked out the purchase, flew out to Iowa where the salesman met me at the airport and took me over to the dealership. I went over the vehicle, did some paperwork, and drove home in my new truck! Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

I just leased a new Ford F-150 and had a great experience. My sales associate was Richard, he was a great guy. I knew right when I met him that he was gonna be the right fit for me. He was knowledgeable, informative, and not pushy. He was just a stand-up guy. I appreciated that.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

From walking in the doors, to walking out the doors. It was an amazing experience for somebody who had a car for 10 years and who never had a car under her name. This experience was personable, easy and comforting. Jodee is customer service driven and Jim is personable. Both made buying a car enjoyable, exciting. Second F150 I have purchased from Woodhouse Ford of Omaha in last 12 months. Bought XLT last year but wanted to step up to 2020 Lariat this year. Trade on XLT was fair. Both vehicles were purchased via internet, text and phone, and they were delivered to my door 150 miles away!! I really like the internet pricing and details of vehicle on their website. All staff very helpful and timely in contacting me. Herman Shields was my sales rep both times. Herman did a great job handling the details of sale for me. Michaela in the service department did a fantastic job of helping me get the right accessories added to my Lariat (rock guard and splash guards, bed liner and Tonneau cover - I really like the hard roll up). Truck delivered as promised with exactly what I wanted. Very good experience twice in less than 12 months. That should tell you something!

Purchased a new 150 no rush or pressure a great place to buy a car

I had a very unusual problem with my 2012 Ford Escape. The engine went 'limp' and could barely make it up the smallest hill, however, the check engine light never came on creating a mystery what was wrong. The vehicle was seven years old and had 125,000 miles but was exceptionally well maintained. Woodhouse spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong even calling Ford for ideas. The mechanic working on it called it a 'head scratcher'. Finally they said I needed a new engine (but couldn't say exactly why) and quoted a price of $7k... needless to say I was not happy! Mike Durham, Service Mgr., went to bat for me calling Ford to lower the price since I had been a lifelong Ford owner and always took the vehicle to Woodhouse for servicing. We finally agreed on a new engine a new transmission for $2k less than the original estimate. My vehicle was out of commission for two full months as all this played out with Woodhouse giving us a free loaner car the whole time. I've had the Escape now for a week and it runs great with no problems. The new engine comes with a three year unlimited miles warranty. Having driven over fifty years I've never had to replace an engine, or even tear one down so this was all new to me. Big thanks to both Woodhouse and Ford working with me on a most difficult problem.

I have never had a better experience with a car dealership than at Lee Sapp. David and Lee were at the dealership when I showed up to look at a Ford Explorer; I was treated like family there. This small town dealership really takes the time to answer all questions and never was pushy about a purchase. They were straight forward with their price of the vehicle and it was the most reasonable offer I had seen from any dealership. It's worth the drive from Omaha to get a better car buying experience. 5 stars all the way around.

Purchase went smooth however only had the vehicle, 2020 Explorer, for less than a month. Called the service department today as the drivers seat has a rip on the stitch line and Woodhouse South are not willing to repair the seat. Even purchased the premium warranty. Even has a transmission issues and they are not looking at that either. Why purchase a warranty if the dealership does not honor it. Would like a call from the owner of Woodhouse to resolve these issues.
