New and used 2025 Ford Explorer for sale near Raoul, GA

I knew exactly what I wanted and did a internet search. I live about 130 miles away for Greene Ford. I found the truck at Greene Ford and did a online inquiry. Within minutes JASON VIEIRA was calling me with details of the truck. As it turned out it was what I was looking for. I had driven several trucks at local dealers and knew I wanted a Ford. I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. JASON had the truck full of fuel and thoroughly went over the options and features. I did not get there until almost closing but they were very accommodating and stayed well after closing to make sure I was happy. I hit a dog in my Bronco on May 10 and had to have my car towed to Lake Hartwell Ford. From the time we dropped it off, we had excellent communication from Roger in the service dept. He kept me updated every step of the way. He texted me today May 20 to tell me it was ready. I can't thank Roger and his crew for their excellent work and taking care of me.

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Called Clay at the Dealership, told him EXACTLY what I wanted, he found it and I bought it. Clay spent two hours with my wife going over all the technology in the new Lincoln Aviator. She's happy so I'm happy. I recommend Mike Jones Ford Lincoln and will buy from them again.

This is the fifth vehicle that I have purchased from Greene Ford over the last 15 yrs. It's always a good experience. Everyone - sales persons (shout out to Jason Viera, my sales guy on this purchase), business staff and the service department, is always friendly, courteous, helpful and takes the time needed to understand the vehicle and the deal. I was looking for a very specific truck set up. I had worked with several dealerships over the past year asking them to do searches and see how close they could come. Several were found out of state, none instate. On a whim I called this dealership with the same request. I spoke to Megan Kieth and was advised she would call me back in a few. 5 minutes later I got a return call from her with a description of one she was able to put her hands on. Everything I needed this one had. She was able to answer every question I asked. Put no pressure or sales technique on me which would have most likely sent me on my way. She was willing to work with other suppliers in order to get after market items installed. All this for a cash sale. No game playing about having to set up payment plan etc. I will be back and will refer others. Very professional dealership!

I wrote an honest review on February 4, 2023, about my experience with John Megel Ford of Cleveland, GA after I purchased a 2020 Expedition on January 28, 2023. I am happy to say that they contacted me and have resolved all of the issues to my satisfaction. They worked with my local Ford dealer (3 hours away) to inspect and correct the "Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning" on the dashboard. They compensated me sufficiently for replacement tires. They realized that my experience was not perfect and bent over backwards to do what it took to make me a happy customer. I am very pleased with the follow-up and service after the sale that was provided by the sales manager. Based on how he handled my concerns, I would recommend John Megel Ford if anyone were to ask me about their integrity and diligence to make things right.

Paula Sosebee sold me a 2001 Miata a year ago. She was great to work with, kind and professional. Aaron Hughes handled my paperwork and introduced me to the service department; Aaron was great, too. When buying a used vehicle, be aware of doc fees. All dealerships have them. I hadn't bought a used car from a dealership before, so it was new to me.

We recently purchased a used truck from Billy Cain Ford in Commerce. I usually despise the car buying process with all of its high pressure tactics and the feeling that you are being tricked. Pierce and Jason never once pressured us or made us feel like we were being tricked. They were friendly, helpful, honest, open and forthright with every step of the process and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership.

This was THE BEST experience at a car dealership we've ever had. My husband and I came in to look at the new explorers. Doug was our salesman and he was WONDERFUL. I've never met a car salesman so friendly and willing to work with us. He was also very friendly and kind to our two children and extremely accommodating. This is not a typical car dealership, as we have dealt with many others in the past that were just out to make a quick buck.
