I recommend this dealership 100%!!! Raul Gaytan and Brian Howe worked together to sell us our 2022 Expedition. I had previously bought a 2019 F250 Superduty and a 2019 Fusion Energi plug in hybrid through Raul. Flawless. I have a friend who I sent to Raul and he bought an F150, and later an Escape hybrid. Great service and great communication. They gave me a rough estimate of what they thought was up and how long it might take. They were accurate and right. Laid out all the possibilities, then exceeded my expectations. Seriously exceeded my expectations. Thank you Michael Bobby. Great service and communication. I dealt with the three other dealerships in the Moreno / Riverside/ Redlands area before calling and then going to Fritts Ford. Redlands / Ken Grody said they had an appointment in three weeks ... Three Weeks! just to look at it. I double checked that offer with service to make sure I did not misunderstand. Other dealerships close by said they would take three days just to look at it. Then maybe tell me how much longer to fix it. Fritts Ford assessed it the next day and had it fixed in two days .. maybe specific to my issue, but still fantastic ... Not "Maybe we'll get back to you in three days then see how long to fix it" or "We'll see you in three weeks ... A and then we'll get back to you." When I offered to drop it off the day they would look at it they said that would just delay looking at it another 3-4 days. What?! The other dealerships were so disappointing on all fronts. I found a new dealership. Thanks Team Fritts. I'll be back.

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Andrew Romano followed up on my online inquiry and he was excellent to work with. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Andrew was friendly, professional, polite, and knew the vehicle and the process very well! I highly recommend working with Andrew, he’s great and you won’t be disappointed. About 2 weeks after the sale, and issue came up regarding the finance department, I received no response from finance, so I called Andrew and he had it resolved in a day. Thank you again!

My purchase began over the phone as the particular truck I was interested in showed it was 'in transit' to the dealership and wouldn't arrive for several weeks. Andy Morales was my Sales Consultant. He helped put a great deal together for me. Maritza Gatewood (Customer Specialist) kept me updated on the anticipated delivery date. The entire process was extremely smooth. I would purchase from Fritt's Ford again.

I was very impressed with both the look of the facility (as was my wife and she's no pushover) and the knowledge of our salesman Jesus. I have several Ford Trucks and even have an F-150 the same generation, so I know this truck well. Jesus was able to clearly explain the changes from one model year to the next and showed me a couple of things that I wasn't aware of. A week later, I had a question about customizing the suspension and called to speak to someone in the customization department (I'm sorry, I didn't get his name) and again, I was impressed with the professionalism and depth of knowlege.

Quick and easy process. Everyone was really nice. Aaron went with me on my test ride and sold me on the Bronco Sport. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car.
