Salesman was great…mostly knowledgeable, low pressure, honest about realistic expectations. For the dealership: Not sure why CPO “charge” isn’t part of the listed price on a CPO. That charge and “Resist All” protectant charge weren’t part of cost proposal emailed to me…magically appeared on final cost once I was in the dealership. $1,400 was quite the surprise…felt a little deceptive.

Excellent service. I left the service center and experienced the same issues I had before the PCM software update. Took it back and the Service Manager and Garry Orvis came out looked at the issue and no codes were present because I turned my vehicle off and opened the door. The reassurance to come back if the issue returns was great to hear.
