I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

Salesman Frank Vitolo was patient and thorough. There was no pressure. The efficiency of this dealership was impressive, and every employee I encountered made me feel comfortable and important. As a wholesaler this was as good experience as could be imagined. The car was in good condition and on a long drive home showed no problems. Recommended.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. Would recommend this dealership for sure they were professional and well knowledgeable on the process.

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Great experience! In my opinion, the best dealership on Staten Island hands down! The showroom is well laid out and had a very positive vibe to it, unlike many others I've visited. Also, after walking in and getting my temperature checked, there was no one rushing up to me - absolutely no pressure. I was left alone to look around the vehicles and it was me that initiated the first contact with Igli. In my 25 years of experience dealing with salespeople in NY and NJ, there is no doubt that Igli ranks right at the top of the list for being the best! Igli helped find the car and set no preconditions about how far or how long the test drive could be. Upon our return, Igli sat down with us to discuss a possible lease. Again he listened to what was being said, without interrupting or steering the conversation in another direction. We couldn't agree on a deal at that time, so he gave me his cell number in case my situation changed. My wife and I picked up the vehicle last night. Igli had prepared all the paperwork, all I needed to do was read and sign. I'd say that took less than 30 minutes. There was no after-sales selling, nothing except handing me and my wife the keys and showing us the rudimentary functionality of the car before we left. This is by far the BEST experience I have ever on Staten island in more than 25 years of leasing. This is exactly how car shopping should be, easy and enjoyable and Island Hyundai came through in every way. I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

Worked with Debbie who is like a friend. She was able to find the “baby bronco” of our dreams and was very communicative even after our in person visit. John the sales manager was great to work with as well!

The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!
