After 3 frustrating days and countless hours of attempting to buy a car for the advertised price, only to have the total price significantly inflated when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I looked outside my area of Northwest Arkansas and found very fair online prices with Tulsa Hyundai. Jerry Byrd assured me that the price I saw would be exactly what I would pay. He was a man of his word. He put me in the exact car I was hoping to find. Even better, it was a brand new car priced $2000 LOWER, 2 years NEWER, and with 39,000 FEWER miles than the previous one found in my local area. It was so worth the drive to Tulsa Hyundai. I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well . Our touring is loaded with so many nice features. We were set up with Zane to explain all of the functions. Our salesman Juvi was great , with several outbacks to choose from. 2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

I live in Oregon, nearly 2000 miles away. I found a car that I wanted to buy and Nathan my sales guy did everything possible to make my car buying experience fantastic. Buying a car sight unseen is scary, Nathan took a walk around video of the car showing me all the flaws (used car). The transaction went flawless and Nathan promised I would not be disappointed. Nathan and Ryan even help coordinate with the trucking Company for picking up the car. Once the car arrived, it was actually better than what I expected. I wish I was local to shake their hands. Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

Overall I had the absolute best experience buying a used car, that I have ever had. Tony, the used car sales manager, went above and beyond for me on this purchase. Blake Parnell, was my salesman, and he made the entire process as easy as I have ever had at any dealership. I would most definitely buy again from Keystone Chevrolet. I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

Took my 2500HD in for the oil change. Very friendly staff, took me to the waiting area and offered me coffee. The work was completed in less than an hour. I had a couple questions afterwards and everyone was very knowledgeable of the Silverado. Thanks Classic Chevrolet

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

So let's do the honest review. Melton was our first stop for car buying as they had the best deals in the local area on Rams. Online they consistently were beating local big names in Tulsa and surrounding areas on price and I monitored prices since September so about 3 months. We drove the 30 minutes or so up there from midtown and when we arrived we weren't attacked while inspecting vehicles on the lot. In fact we came in and were promptly greeted we told are sales rep Baley about the vehicles we were interested and he grabbed the keys and paperwork for a test drive while they copied my license. From there we returned. The price negotiation was on! Unfortunately there was not a lot of room to budge but this is expected for a family owned company especially one where sales do not work on commission and are salary. They offered us water and snacks several times. Everyone wore masks. While I was there I saw they were helping another vet (it was veterans day so as an army vet I was dead set on getting a truck that day) and the care and attention they showed was astonishing. Bailey even offered a gentleman crossing the street in a wheelchair help. We still felt the price was worth checking a different dealer out....big mistake we should have just stayed. It was such a nightmare that by the time it was said and done, we drove straight back to Melton. Baley had our same offer ready and we went to see Greg who was able to accommodate us and kept us rolling laughing as we signed over our first born (or at least a lot of money). This was such a family experience and presence in the place. I could not be happier with my new purchase and will be back. Their prices and handling of sales and contracts by Baley and Greg were better then any of the dealers in Tulsa metro area, for this truck search or my last car search a few years ago. Thank you Melton and thank you Baley and Greg. This veteran got his truck on veterans day thanks to your superior prices and honest evaluations and family feelings. I appreciate how y'all care for your customers and vets on 11-11-20.

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

The were responsive and communicated well without pressuring me- As a non-local shopper, I felt like the customer service was really good.

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

Went in to get our truck serviced and ended up getting a great deal on a newer truck. We ended up with even more options in our new vehicle and a better deal than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and from the time we drove into the parking lot until we left, it was about 3 hours. Financing was very quick and efficient! This is my 4th Ford Explorer over the last 20 years and I am very happy. Every time I upgrade is nicer in every aspect. I am glad that after so many people telling me to just go to another style and company, I made the right decision.

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.
