#1 Cochran CJDR is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with!! My sales, to post-sale follow-up and service, i have had nothing but 110% positive experiences with them. Just yesterday, my Wrangler was due for inspection, it was a brand new 2024 I purchased earlier this year, but had July inspection stickers. I really didn't even think about when I bought it, but both my service advisor and the sales manager went above and beyond and did the inspection on their dime since I only had it a few months. I was not expecting that, but they truly take care of their customers!! I highly recommend them. So much so, that after my Jeep I purchased 2 more vehicles from this dealership, one for my wife and one for my youngest daughter, and a Hyundai at the Monroeville Hyundai dealership. Each sale was absolutely a breeze and their pricing is hands down the best on any vehicle and makes the process so simple for everyone involved!!!

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Both Johnny and Adam had us laughing the whole time. And again, who laughs at a time when you HAVE to get another vehicle. I don't! But I did! I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Always good service and timely . Scheduling never an issue , always able to work with my appointment time. Waiting room comfortable and accommodating. Always will return for service .

I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Kristy is great. Very straightforward and easy to communicate with about the Bronco Raptor. I would definitely recommend working with them on a new car purchase. I will be back for my next car.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Meeghan Ford, 2551 Memorial Blvd, Connellsville, PA is totally AWESOME, EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING in their service department. While traveling from Virginia to Michigan I experience a problem with my F150. When I arrived and went into the service area Dee Knox met me and asked how She could help. I explained I was traveling and the problem. She advised me that a Tech would be back from lunch in about 10 minutes and She would have him look at it right away. 10 minutes on the nose and the tech Stacy Selby commenced diagnostics. In about 30 minutes he had the problem isolated what I needed. Derek White the other service advisor came and explained what part and the cost of what I required. I told him ok let's get it and he set to work to get the part right away. While I waited Gail Closkey the Receptionist/Cashier showed me to the waiting area provided drinks and a snack. I really appreciated the small-town atmosphere and caring they provided to someone who did not know the area and the understanding of getting my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Traveling as much as I do I have to say it was a wonderful feeling to know there are still folks who believe that their customers come first and their satisfaction is the most important part of their business. I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Golick motors was a great experience and he is a vary fair and reasonable guy. The dodge I bought off of him was in great shape and an even better price.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Interior and exterior design is excellent. Plenty of power, dependable, easy regular maintenance and everyone loves it. From Audi's back to Fords and the Explorer is it for me!

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I love the color of this vehicle - sunset orange. With a built-in GPS and 3-row leather seats, and front row heated seats for cold weather, this is the best vehicle I've owned so far. However, there're no deep cup holders on the side panels. Being a woman, I wish that there're more little storage rooms for use. A small hook to hang a garbage bag in the front passenger side will be ideal when I alone use the car most of the time. There has been quite a bit of recalls on this vehicle, but the dealer fixes everything free.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.
