Since 2014 I have purchased three new cars at Janesville Subaru (a Legacy, Forester Premium and recently a Forester Limited). Allow me to share my experiences. The salesperson I deal with is Deana Watry. Deana sold me my first car from this dealership – but it was not my first Subaru which was purchased back in the 1980’s! I was impressed with Deana from the start. She was able to answer questions and get me into a vehicle my wife and I were seeking. If Deana did not know an answer she would find it. Over the years of brining cars in for servicing Deana maintained contact and ensured things were continuing to go well. As a buyer in his late 60’s I have dealt with a variety of salespeople in other dealerships selling other makes and models. Most in sales are simply out for themselves and will tell you whatever they like to get a sale – buyer regret usually followed. Deana is personally interested in helping us get what we wanted within our budget. She understands that customer satisfaction is about integrity, being honest, follow-up and continuing to build trust. Yes, I will continue to buy from Deana – I hope you do as well. Now for the dealership. After purchasing a 2015 Legacy the driver’s seat could not be moved forward or back. A Rockford Subaru dealership wanted $2,000.00 to replace the seat. Subaru of America had me reach out to Janesville Subaru to have them evaluate the seat. Within 10 minutes the problem had been fixed. A quarter had fallen into the seat track and stopped the seat from moving. There was no charge. I gave the bent quarter to the service manager with my thanks! I’ve only had service done there since. Buying tires - they are competitive with the large retailers. This means free rotation with oil change and free car wash. Travel is part of my job. Having a dependable car is essential. The dealership is good at keeping me updated about regular maintenance. In the service department, Jonathan and others work to schedule according to your time frame. It has been common for me to get in on short notice. I like the dealership and believe you will as well. Be sure to ask for Deana if you want to buy.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I highly recommend Ray Chevrolet and will buy from them again. They have an incredibly organized system. They?re efficient and friendly. And they?re knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. We found ‘the one’ that was right for us. Paul made sure we had everything we needed and was great to chat with while waiting for finance to do their thing. I highly recommend working with Paul!

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Found vehicle through the website, called Boucher and made an appointment to come out and take a look the same day. Was not pressured since I mentioned I had just started looking. Worked out the deal with some add ons that were needed, got questions asked and feel I had a very positive experience.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). Every aspect of the experience was on point and I highly recommend visiting Raymond Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a new vehicle and you want to avoid the high pressure sales tactics that we see too often at dealerships! Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

My wife and I were pleased with our recent purchase experience. Frank Domino was very nice and pleasant as well as Sandy who kept us entertained with pleasant conversation while we waited. Overall one of the best shopping experiences of my life. Thank you, Stefan and Chris Lang

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Very easy to work with and straight forward. I would definitely recommend them or buy another vehicle through them.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

This dealership has an impressive slate of exotic cars, I was just looking for a lesser jag. They treated me very well not pushy and very helpful. There were no hassles in getting to test drive the car I was looking at. When I decided to walk away there was no pushback or pressure to “ run the numbers”. Both the sales person and the manager communicate with me to ensure my experience was a positive one.

The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!
