Purchased new in 2013 crewcab with big engine.11 years later and 80,000 highway miles still runs like new. Minor electrical problems and battery drainage when first purchased. Nearly zero problems in 9 years. Great truck!

In our efforts to replace our primary vehicle (a tired out 11- yr old Honda Ridgeline with over 230,000 miles on it), we made the nearly four-hour round trip road trip to Anderson & Koch to test drive a potential used replacement. We’d had discussions with Brandon about the vehicle on the phone, and he met us at the door when we arrived. We liked the car, and Brandon was friendly, easy to talk to, and anxious to get a good fit for us. We went home that day to talk it over and figure out financing. Two retirees in our late seventies buying what would probably be our last car, a bit of a decision. When we returned a few days later, certified bank check in hand, Jesse worked out some wrinkles on the details of the purchase. We were impressed with his willingness to communicate and the time he took to make sure that we were satisfied. He was forthright, willing to listen and work with us. Once in the parking lot again, Brandon spent a good amount of time patiently “training us” on the basics of Bluetooth and our Iphones. Though we were acquainted with it all, being able to leave the dealership with it set up for us was a definite plus. Another employee came out to make sure the receptor for our trailer hitch was ready to go, so that there would be no delay in my husband’s plans to hook up the boat and go fishing the next morning. I absolutely love my new to me 2013 F150. I am a bit frustrated that the engine light came on after 2 days of owning (for reference: 134k miles). Turns out it's a catalytic converter code, which can be cleared, but I am sure the dealership was aware of the issue. So, although I'll be able to clear code and pass emissions-this time. I will need to address the problem sooner vs. later. 99% love this truck. If there was anything I would change it would be the steering column; I wish it either lifted or extended. With my short legs the cab feels a bit snug. Other than that, a VERY nice pickup.
