24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

Andy was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of he has the best customer service and really looks out for his customers.

I was driving from Jupiter Florida to Ashville North Carolina, with my mother and daughter. We also had two large dogs along for the ride. As we approached Titusville I noticed there was something wrong with our oil pressure gauge. It was simple amazing luck that we happened into Ron Norris Ford. We pulled into their dealership around 11:30. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman who said they would do their best to get us into service. Since we were three women and a couple of dogs in obvious need of assistance and no where else to go...this is a situation which could easily have been exploited. From the minute we walked in I felt comfortable that we would have honest and qualified service. The waiting was pristinely clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to bring the dogs in with us. Most of the staff came over to chat and pet the dogs! We were kept informed as to what might possibly be causing the issue with the car. They worked on the car and made just the required repairs. We were back on the road about 2:30 with a very small bill for work performed. I cannot say enough about the service crew from Ron Norris! They even called to follow up on the repair a few days later. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to stop here. Thank you to the whole staff!

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Great Service, quick appointment, and they wash my car everytime. Convenient location just off I-4 and highway 46. Sometimes I use their customer shuttle to take me home.
