My husband and I just bought a Lincoln Navigator ant Loveland Lincoln and had the best experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Matt was our salesman and he did a great job! He didn't put any unnecessary pressure on us to make a purchase. He was more than obliging when we wanted to look at multiple cars and if he didn't have the answer we needed right away he made sure he got it. Juan, the finance guy we worked with was much the same, very helpful and not at all pushy about adding things we don't need or want. He helped us find what was most useful to us and that was it! Jake the tech guy, was extremely comprehensive when showing me the ins and outs of all the great tech you get when you buy a Navigator. Last, but not least was Chris, who made sure we were able to leave the lot with the vehicle we wanted when an unexpected hiccup occurred. Overall, I have to say this was quite possibly the best experience we've ever had while purchasing a car from anyone ( and we've bought many!) so, I highly recommend Loveland Lincoln and I look forward to working with them again!

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

Sales and finance teams were extremely flexible and attentive, listening to my concerns and working to find solutions. They supported 2 different test drives when I had a concern about a specific driving condition, being extremely flexible working around my schedule. Cam, Austin, and Alec worked together to provide answers to all of my questions regarding financing and extended warranties. When a last minute issue arose on a Friday afternoon, their maintenance department obtained the part and swapped it out on a Saturday morning to allow me to pickup the car that afternoon. Communication was excellent, receiving 2 status updates that morning.

In August 2016 I bought a car. I found it online and contacted promptly by Patrick. Debbie in finance did a wonderful job. Communication was very good In February I needed to get my car repaired . After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

I purchased my vehicle through Sill-Terhar Lincoln - Broomfield CO and had an amazing experience working with Anthony and Kelly. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state which was very nerve wracking. Anthony was my eyes and ears throughout the entire process. He was sending me videos of the vehicle and keeping me up to date on the big things. Kelly was absolutely wonderful. With a two-hour time difference, he was still answering my calls and/or text immediately every step of the way! They are a phenomenal team and were a pleasure to do business with. T went above and beyond in so many ways - by coming in on her day off to help us out, adjusting her schedule to accomodate ours, being open and honest about the vehicle we purchased and the dealership itself - she was able to answer all the questions we had. We even had a small issue (no one could have known at the time of purchase) pop up a week or so after we purchased the vehicle and T was able to get it fixed for us, no problem. Overall a very positive experience. The salesman Shaun was courteous, knowledgable and friendly. The finance office was very informative and efficient. There was nothing about the experience i would change. We have had a far more positive experience in the Denver area as opposed to where we live in Colorado springs.
