Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. Excellent service at Koons Ford Sterling in Virginia to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning Automatic window mechanism. Techicians repaired the window, but took time to double check to make sure everything was fixed, and discovered a further problem that required a more extensive repair that solved the problem. Customer service representative Andrew expertly and courtesly handled the transaction both from in-take of my Explorer to the final resolution. Final bill for all services even came in slightly under the initial estimate. Excellent experience and I will continue to rely on Koons Sterling.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
