Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

Read the reviews! They don’t deliberately mess with people. Before buying my son a F150 from them I researched and visited a lot of dealerships. My husband and I were very pleased with them. All the bad reviews are people either not doing business with them or don’t understand that it’s a used vehicle. Lily insisted for us to take it to a mechanic. We did just that. Sure it needed some items like any used vehicle but we ended up buying it. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

After driving vehicles, it was decided that a Grand Highland was more suited to our needs and we purchased one, Both Denise and Heath Kidder were extremely helpful in the process and a true joy to work with. At first, I was hesitant about going to Auto Place Inc. due to the past reviews that people have written. I decided to take a chance with them, which was the best decision. When I arrived, I showed them the three trucks I wanted to look at, and they handed me the keys to them. They let me take my time looking at them and test-driving each truck. The team was not sitting over me like most dealers do. If I had questions about something, I went into the office to ask, and they answered everything I asked. I could take as long as I wanted and did not feel pressured to buy a truck from them. At the end of the day, I bought a 2015 Ram from them. The one thing that came up after I purchased the truck and was driving it home was that I started getting a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes. When I got home, I checked the brakes out and saw they were worn and needed replacement. I knew I bought the truck “AS IS,” but I still sent them an email about the issue, and the following day, when they were open, they called me and said they were sorry to hear about the issue and we wanted to take care of it for me. They did not have to consider that because I bought it “AS IS.” So, I drove it back to them, and not only did they replace the front brakes and rotors for me, but they also replaced the back ones. That is fantastic customer service, and I would recommend Auto Place Inc. to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The one negative thing I have for them is that they do not offer a CARFAX report on the vehicle.

From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

I've worked with Alfredo for years. He's my primary advisor that always takes care of my trucks. Even when he's on PTO, he has a great support team to fill in to get me on my way. Drop off has never been easier, they just order an UBER/LYFT and drops me off several miles away at work with fast pick up in the afternoon so I never skip a beat. I pass about 3 ford dealerships to get my service done here. I live in Melissa but commute to Irving. I've bought two trucks here and serviced them both here for over a decade.

The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you
