We were looking for a CX 5 turbo in a specific color and Carolyn (our sales person) was able to work with Frank to locate the car so we could make the purchase. Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I really appreciate the service that you get at Alex Karras. They listen to me when I think that there is an issue and work to make it right. Not only did they wash my car this week, the vacuumed the floor mat. It was a win/win.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

Super friendly, they make it a pleasure to buy a used car. I worked out the price for the vehicle by texting with them. Then I went in to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. They didn’t change the price like other car dealers I have dealt with. And with their financing I got a great interest rate. While I was filling out the paperwork. They went and filled the gas tank and re cleaned the car. I don’t think I will ever buy anywhere else. Oh! Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

Orlando Fernandez was great. I told him what I wanted , took the vehicle out for a test drive ( may have scared him a little lol ) but he was a good sport . He made sure I knew all the functions and gadgets of the car. We bantered price a bit like normal when buying a car. But I was happy with the end result.
