I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. 2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.

My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online. Once we got to the dealership, they already had the car pulled up and ready for us to see. We decided we wanted the car and finance worked quickly and efficiently. We had a wonderful buying experience...and AFTER the fact, we noticed a leak by the brakes. They called us in immediately because of that being a safety hazard, put us in a loaner car and have been taking care of us! VERY pleasant buying experience!

had to get used to the truck now i love it. would recomend that you compare it to other trucks and you will love it

Plush ride and plenty of power. Side windows are lower and offer more comfort when down. Safety features are awesome. Engine without cylinder shutdown was a plus for me. Price was higher than expected but in line with other brands.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

Was disappointed in warranty coverages not coincident with each other. It was explained well by Zack in Finance. The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. At the end of a car ownership (owner being ready to replace) the dealership and owner are called to evaluate, reconcile, and gain agreement on next steps. And then the new owner must deal with the rating of the vehicle based on its upkeep and condition. The better warranties vehicle will by data be the better upkept. SO THEN Ford's base warranty-offer covering powertrain, extended and GAP considerations should perfectly align and terminate at the same mileage and years. AND THEN Ford's opening warranty proposal should be well determined based on driver usage, and the data that Ford knows well presented about repair. For example. In my case (purchasing a pre certified vehicle with 28K miles), the powertrain warranty was 6 years 100k miles and the extended "wrap" warranty sold was 6 years and 75K miles. NOT coincident. AND It appears that the car driver usage was not considered or weighted. I believe both Ford and This owner share in that mistake. That said, Ford is the specialist, not the owner. And I believe that most all owners with a well-presented warranty plan will be willing to pay the $20-30 increase between the 6-75 and 6-100 (or 120) warranty offer. The presentation calculation would show the reasonable "to be owner" why the additional investment would be sound thinking for every financial consideration excepting the day of the sale. Ford is a (the) premier car company Ford is the specialist about its warranties and servicing its vehicles. The customer is not the specialist and can only speak of vehicle driving usage. Rather than move vehicles off the lot, Ford must move more people's thinking about warranty service (and perhaps about math HA) The math of usage and service events costs is an easy sell) I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY A "SPECIAL" HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY OFFER, REQUIRING MY GETTING POWER TRAIN, THOSE ITEMS IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WELL AS FLUIDS CHANGE DONE AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. THIS IN ORDER TO PRESENT A PRE CERTIFIED VEHICLE WHEN READY TO TRADE IN.

I'd argue my experience here was more like a 3.5 than a four, but it wasn't too bad. Of course there was the typical salesman crap you'd expect, even if you're just in the looking phase. But overall the dealership was clean and well kept, and other times I've been to this dealership for service they have been professional. But I have not bought from them. Even though my one experience looking at cars here was average, all things considered I'd say this is a good place.

Scheduled 60k service - went over exactly the services I needed and what I didn't need because I had already taken care of it myself, i.e. oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement, etc. That way I didn't pay for anything that I didn't need.

We went to Ennis Ford to get my wife a new car. She ended up buying a New Escape which she loves. Greg was our salesman and he went above and beyond the norm for us. We came in after 5 and even thought it was closing time they stayed u til the end so that we could drive home our new car. Thanks Ennis Ford for all they you do.
