I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Pleasurable experience good dealership for service

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

When you go ask for Enrique as your sales rep. One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. hate doing the whole back and forth, let me show you our rates, let’s not negotiate on price but on payment. I came in pre approved with my credit union. Wanted to look at 3 suvs. I went on two test drives. Went through the whole car to see the items that were scuffed or messed up slightly. Then made my decision of which one I wanted. Told them the number I thought was fair. And in less than 2.5 hours made my decision. Bought used Ford F350 from Dupratt in Vacaville. Great communication, responded in a timely manner to email and texts. Vehicle had some blemishes as described in the Carfax they supplied but an independent pre purchase inspection (Thank you 707 Diesel!) found it to be just as described, nothing more. Had seen some shady examples of used car dealers at some other places but Dupratt told it like it was. Thank you guys for getting us in this truck.

Came here for service in June and Jenna was an amazing service tech. This woman goes well above and beyond to make clients feel valued and important. If I could give 10 * rating for her patience with all my questions due to this being the first American owned car I have ever owned I would. She has been ultra patient and kind as I bring issues to her that need to be looked at under warranty.

We stopped as we were passing thru the area and wanted to look at used trucks within our price range. We met a young man named Luis who showed us several used trucks. He wanted to show us the new truck so we could compare it. We loved the new truck and it wasn’t all that much over our budget so we told Luis to give us his best and final price. He did and we bought! We were out of there in about an hour. The sales manager and finance manager were very nice and accommodating and didn’t over sell us anything. They said this is what we have if you’re interested. We took them up on a couple things but it was no pressure. Great truck buying experience considering we were not stopping in to purchase.
