Used 2023 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Monee, IL

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

It was a great experience in that your salesperson was knowledgeable and understood what we needed.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My experience is always amazing! Steven, Carlos and the other guys in the service department have exceptional customer service skills. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers.

Great truck from the looks and comfort, and most of all was klaben ford of Warren Ohio, terrific people highly recommended, my salesman Dom cook was great and The owner Mr Klaben was top notch!

Did not offer to repair tire and did not rotate tires. Also did not offer free car wash.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Excellent experience. I bought a car from out of state. Spoke with Frank several times about the car and pricing before I booked a flight. They did not add in any extra fees besides TTL and docs plus did not try to charge me more for an out of state buyer or paying cash. It was a cash deal so everything went smooth. My only complaint, it took about 2 hours to purchase even thought this was a cash deal. This is a very minor complaint but thought the process should have been faster.

Shopped for an SUV and found an excellent used car. No complaints and have had nothing but regular repairs. Buying process was fast and easy.

I was in and out in less than an Hour. Everyone was very pleasant, the paperwork was explained in detail. They allowed me to leave my other vehicle there until someone took me to pick it up. From the time I entered ti the time I left I felt very comfortable.

Miriam was so awesome I think she should be sales manager. She also deserves a bonus the minimum should be $10,000.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Was ok . just couldnt find what was in my budget . needed something for around 1500 cash without a lot of major issues. Since my credit needs help getting cleared up and the fact im not working i wouldnt be able to afford payments

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn.
