A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I hate leaving reviews but car dealers have a excessive desire for them, made apparent by the numerous emails requesting them. So, here it is?. Overall it was a positive experience. Our salesman was friendly and personable. He answered the questions we threw at him and we communicated via text after leaving the dealership. The buying process was quick and easy especially since we paid with cash. It was a used car that we bought and there were some lights that were burnt out but that didn?t bother me because I replaced them all with newer brighter ones. Really my only gripe was that we only received one key fob with the car. We discovered this when we were finalizing the deal. So right out of the gate I have to take the time to have one made for an additional two to three hundred dollars. They did tell me that they have a guy that comes around and makes them at the dealership. My question is why didn?t they do that already? No dealership should sell a car without supplying two keys. I?m still leaving a five star review because the buying process was a pleasure and everyone involved was great to deal with. I?ll definitely consider them in the future for my next car purchase.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Salesperson (Aussie) Steve was very energetic & personable. He Insisted we test drive our gently used Impala was appreciated. Sales Manager was very knowledge about warranties products they offer.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Mountain View and Chris Yancey made my truck buying experience a good one. when I ordered the truck, the sales team made sure I got the truck I wanted even though I changed the order a time or two. After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. It was one of the quickest and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing our vehicles. We will definitely be returning in the future! I recommend Mountain View Ford to everyone looking for a vehicle and a pleasant experience!

He made the entire transaction smooth and easy, I never felt that I was being misled. This dealership is new to adding the Jeep and Chrystler line to their offering of Ford products, and yet everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Wonderful folks.

My husband, our four children and I were traveling across our state on a drive to pick up an online purchase when I decided to look for a new family vehicle online. I looked on Craigslist first as I thought we might have an easier time with a FSBO purchase than a dealership because about a month ago we tried Carmax and it was terrible with a lot of runaround, terrible interest rates (ugly double digits) and them wanting our max amount of money down with those terrible interest rates. Enough about them…..*deep cleansing breath*. Then I saw this awesome SUV on a Craigslisting . It would fit all of us with room to spare, it had lots of cutting-edge features, and it would allow me to maintain a sense of edgy punk-rocker self while being a soccer mom. WIN WIN WIN! My husband thought it looks awesome but immediately thought that even though this was at the top of our budget, the price was too good to be true. So we decided to give a call. I called and left a message and within minutes Bridget called me back. I explained that we were interested in this particular vehicle, asked a few questions which she was immediately prepared for. Y’all, she is super down to earth, so friendly, knows her stuff and so helpful. Here’s the thing, we live 4.5-5 hours away from this vehicle and this dealership. I don’t know these folks from Adam, they don’t know me. But wait…. There’s’ more…. Bridget gets the ball rolling with our credit application all online, all esigned, all while we are driving across the state. The numbers people crunched some numbers and when they called back with those (or maybe they texted, can’t remember) they were out of our monthly price range so we understood and were not expecting much when they said to give them a moment to shift some things around and try another option. Number's people, I don’t know your names, I’m sorry but I just want to say ‘YOU ROCK!’ They came back with some options for us that worked beautifully for our monthly budget. So we were ready to sign some paperwork and plan our trip the coming weekend to Chattanooga after putting a good faith amount down. Andrew (If I got your name wrong I’m so sorry, we appreciate you) worked up an awesome 3 year and 30, 000 mile warranty and we are so thankful. I was about to hit the reserve our VRBO rental button when I get a call from Bridget with her sales Manager Jacob on the phone. This precious man right here asked me what we would think about having the car driven to us, across the state and a very busy capital city, right to our doorstep. He said he would arrange everything, like all of it. He said they aren’t always able to accommodate this way but it just so happened that he had someone that could drive the vehicle and we could have it by the next day. That’s right…. THE NEXT DAY. I though, this has to be too good to be true. At this point I began looking up this automotive group’s every detail to make sure we weren’t being scammed. LOL. We weren’t. They are absolutely, 100% verifiably real. Jacob and Bridget get virtual hugs from all of our family and so do Mr. Jack and his sweet wife who drove the vehicle to us the next day before lunch-time. We had the car right in front of my front step in less than 24 hours from purchase 4.5 hours away and it is magnificent! Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.

I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.
