Used 2023 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Kyle, TX

I have purchased a couple of vehicles from riata Ford and the quality of service to me personally is excellent. I really appreciate them working with me on purchasing my new Ford Mustang. I walked out of there with the biggest smile and happy feeling that I haven’t felt in quite a while. Thank you all for your great service.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I need to start by saying Rudy and the dealership he works for went above and beyond for me. I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

Collin did an awesome job. Greeted me with a smile and with a firm handshake. He treated me as if we were friends. Collin was very knowledgeable and helped make my decision a lot easier. Was able to take the car home and keep it overnight to show the car to my wife. Brought it back the next morning and decided to buy the car. Just traded in our 2018 Highlander for a 2022 Highlander. Had some difficulties due to our work schedules, but Stephanie M was extremely helpful and made it all very easy. She even took time out and rescheduled an outside appointment to help us. Very helpful. Will go back again

Lafayette, who was my service advisor, was very awesome and patient with me. Answered all my questions, and even helped me with Sunbit application that was causing a problem for me. He went above and beyond from start to finish. Also the technician had a problem downloading my cars diagnostic review, received the wrong one, unfortunately, so I reached out to Lafayette after hours and he looked into the issue right away to make sure the proper repairs were actually done to my car. He explained what happened which put me at ease. Thank you Lafayette for going the extra mile.

My service provider Milo Padilla was FANTASTIC. There was a lot wrong with my car and it had to be in the shop for 2 weeks and he communicated with me every step of the process. I knew exactly what work was being done on the car and WHY that work was needed and he kept me updated about part delays and estimated pick up dates. I was easily able to get a rental car through Group 1 Ford and Milo extended my rental when further issues with my vehicle popped up. I have never had a car service experience this smooth and helpful.
