First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Friendly, professional, courteous, and respectful. The girl with the blonde hair was very friendly and had a big smile! They kept to the schedule and I wasn't there forever.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment for any service needs. Upon arrival, the service department was ready to help I was told upfront how long the service would take and the cost. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. There are three areas to wait for your vehicle one which includes an enclosed room for children. Great experience. Alllowed me to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along, which gave me a chance to really get the full picture of the vehicle and all of the electronics in the car. Kirk, wasn’t pushy with any of the ‘extras’ the dealership likes to add. Smooth process to finalize a price and then signed all the final paperwork via electronic docs because I was leaving town later that day. Jason the finance personnel was easy to work with also and made it so simple to finance the vehicle.
