Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Took truck in for 3 recalls and they repaired them in a couple of days. Didn?t provide loaner car like recall said they would. First person I spoke with said they did not provide loaner cars like recall said but second person said they did but didn?t have any available but would like me to bring in as soon as possible because Toyota would only give them a few motors to replace at a time and they needed to get mine done. They were very courteous and prompt with updates on my truck. Really impressed with Brett at that service facility.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Had oil change and tire rotation, I had appointment and service was on time, service took 20 minutes which was good. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, overall it was a great experience. I will definitely take my car back again when needed.

The staff here was amazing! Not pushy at all. They got me into a car I LOVE with zero credit! I was worried with the breaking down van I brought in and zero credit. I figured I'd be walking out of the dealership. These guys went above and beyond! Eric and Larry helped me find a cute affordable kia forte that I couldn't leave without, and i didn't. There was a tire pressure sensor on and they had all new tires put on before the paperwork was done. After leaving the dealership, over the next few days, I had questions, they were all answered to my satisfaction and very promptly. I recommend them to everyone looking for a new vehicle. Im ready for a bigger vehicle for my growing family and can't wait to see what I come home in!!! 10 out of 10 recommend. I take 5 star ratings seriously and they are difficult to earn by me. Max Curnow is the only place I get my vehicles serviced! Mainly because of the customer service I receive from Shawn and Kolton! Those guys are extraordinary at their job! They make sure you are fairly taken care of! Every time I go in to talk with them. They are always busy with customers or handling phone calls etc. However, they still are able managr and juggle their tasks with poise! Will definitely return because of them!

Found a 2024 GMC AT4 pickup truck on the website that looked brand new, agreed to buy it on a Monday, with pickup date of that Thursday. Upon arrival Thursday, the truck was parked in front ready to go, but was so dirty on the outside when sitting in it the color looked grey, not black. Everyone involved with the sale was great to work with, just very disappointed the truck wasn't washed to look like it was represented in the ad, it was a dry sunny day, no excuses for weather.

Had three different sales people contact me .Found out that I am a second class person when it came down to the loan since I had joint car payment already With the wife she would need to sign as well . Not the dealerships fault just I wanted to buy one for myself without the wife’s consent she was not willing .
