Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Harry Zagami and Mike Carson made my pre-owned purchase flawless! Great team at Sheehy Richmond. Harry just kept saying "no problem" when I asked for his help with arranging the test drive. Harry was able to arrange a convenient transfer from another Sheehy partner further north. This saved me a much longer drive as I was driving from Hampton Roads. Mike made the test drive and purchase process easy and painless. Thanks to the Sheehy Richmond customer satisfaction policy I got brand new Goodyear Eagles included at no cost. All this happened just in time to dodge and incoming snow event!

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

My husband and I had been looking for a very specific Ford F-150. We found it online at this dealership and traveled over 130 miles to complete the purchase and trade. The process was seamless, the price for the new truck and the offer for our trade was very fair. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and responsive. We haven't bought a new vehicle since 1992 (typically purchase used). We would not hesitate to travel back to this dealership for a future purchase.

My experience was beyond belief at how smooth this transaction occurred. I came in to look for a low milage used pickup truck. I was introduced to Mikey Johnson the salesman and I explained I had to leave in 45 minutes to take my daughter to a function. He listened to want I wanted in a low milage, small pickup, under $30,000. He showed me a 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid and we test drove it. He also appraised my 2009 Nissan Rouge for trade in value. I left in 45 minutes with a sales sheet laying out all the pricing. When I got my daughter to her function, I was texting Mikey Johnson explaining we were close to what i wanted but we needed to iron out a few details like a little more for my trade in. We agreed to meet the next morning to fill out paperwork and we got a jump by him sending me a credit application and me sending certain documents. The truck was going in my name but my wife is on the title for the trade in. We worked out everything that I came in the next day and closed the deal with my wife only their long enough to sign two documents. I drove away in two hours with my truck and being extremely satisfied with my experience. That evening I realized I left a few personal items in the Nissan so I texted Mikey to see if I could retrieve them. He came in the next day, on his day off, to get my items out of the car. Talk about service above and beyond the call of duty. I will recommend any of my friends to go to this dealership when they are looking for a new vehicle. Job well done, Mikey Johnson!

We were super happy with the experience we had at Richmond Ford, in purchasing our new 2024 Expedition.

My husband and I saw the car we had spent weeks looking for in their online inventory, but we were over 10 hours away by car. We were concerned that someone else would grab it before we got there, as had already happened to us several times. They were courteous enough to hold it for us until we got there the next morning, and they gave us a fair deal for both our trade-in and our purchase without a bunch of haggling or pressure. After having communicated with lots of dealerships in the prior weeks, the staff at Safford Brown distinguished themselves from our first conversation. Hector and Eric were both courteous and professional without being stiff. We got the car we wanted with minimal fuss, and that's a big deal, considering how exhausting our search had been.

Craig at Rick and Hendrick in Richmond was amazing, he made me feel welcome and valued my time. Craig made sure that I was comfortable and loved what I was looking for and asking for in a car. He was very patient and supportive with understanding. I didn?t feel like a dollar sign I was treated with respect and he was concerned about putting me in a car that I love be also what was great for my money and safety with me having two kids. I had a very positive experience working with Richmond Ford West and, specifically, Derrick Pulliam in the purchase of my Ford Bronco Sport. I wasn't intending to purchase a used vehicle, but 2023 orders are so delayed in their production that I decided to look for a used one with low mileage. This dealership is a couple hours from my home, and it was fantastic being able to negotiate a deal entirely via email, when a lot of other dealerships only wanted to entertain in-person conversations. In a single day, I had the price agreed to and financing in place with only two, brief phone calls required to complete the financing portion. Upon picking up the vehicle, Derrick went over all the features and ensured the paperwork was ready to go. Given the car is certified pre-owned, I noticed about 10 minutes into driving it home that there was a small crack in the windshield. I called Derrick and he had me send a photo, agreed I could get it repaired local to my home, and mailed a check to reimburse me. I also discovered that the rooftop antenna was missing to which Derrick was very responsive and worked to ensure that I would be reimbursed for the purchase of a new one. Derrick was always responsive and courteous in his efforts to resolve these small issues, even after the deal was completed. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership to others, and I intend to consider it for my future purchases, even though it isn't the most convenient location to my home. It's getting harder to find pleasant and attentive customer service, and I found it well worth my trip.

I knew that I had a possible battery issue but then when I was out shopping my Acadia had a slow start. I figured I was going to have to get the battery changed on short notice. My advisor, Stanley M., was great. When I called him he agreed it was probably time and got me into an appointment slot immediately. I drove over to Hendricks and he immediately took care of getting my issue resolved. I was out of the shop in under 2 hours which is great on short notice. I want to express my appreciation to James Lynch Bill Talley Ford for helping me through a maintenance issue I had experience with my 2013 Ford Focus. My vehicle had been in the shop before because of my driver side window not rolling up and the motor had gone bad. It was replaced a year ago. Unfortunately, I had experience the same situation a month ago. When I did get my car to Ford I was told that it was not under warranty and that I would have to pay out of pocket just to have it looked at. I paid for my car to be looked at to get the same report as before, the motor went bad. I called James Lynch who had sold me Ford cars in the past and told him my didisappointment with Ford and that they need to stand behind their work. James told me to allow him to see what he could do and within a half an hour my car will be covred by Ford. I am so happy that dealers like James did not just sell me a car, he showed me compassion and concern as a friend. Thank you James for keeping me in business with Ford.

THE dealership was kind and supportive. They alleviated me of my fears about the credit and buying process. They were not condescending and answered my questions about the new technology on cars. I am 68 years old and a woman so a lot of the new advances on cars, I am not familiar with. These guys are the kindest and most patient people I have dealt with. Services are prompt and also private if need be.

I had an issue at my last oil change. JD called me and took care of everything without me even asking. It involved ordering a part and calling me when it came in to have it replaced. He did exactly what he said he would do. I very much appreciate him taking the time to fix my issue, and treating me as a valued customer. Not many places do that these days and its much appreciated. I will continue to have my Explorer serviced at this location.
