Mike advised me it was under my warranty plan. He explained the cost, process and what part my warranty would cover. My truck was completed a day early. On a whim and near closing time, I recently stopped by Ted Russell Ford Dealership. What appeared to be a ?good deal? on a 2025 Escape had popped up on my telephone, so I decided to check it out. A neatly dressed, polite young salesman greeted me, and in no time was telling me everything I needed and wanted to know about this car. He retrieved the car, I test drove it, and 90 minutes later, I owned it. I appreciated the fact that necessary dealership employees stayed late in order for the sale to be completed.

Chuck the general manager was very professional and accommodating after a very long and stressful purchase. After several service visits to Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville and another Ford dealership out of state for an electrical issue, the issue was finally rectified. Over the course of about 3 weeks, Chuck went above and beyond what most dealers do or even consider doing, and this is likely because of Gary Yeomans' (And Chuck's) ethics and customer service mentality. I was initially very frustrated with Gary Yeomans Ford Knoxville, however, after everything was said and done, I can honestly say I would recommend them. Even if minor mistakes or unforeseen issues, the team at Gary Yeomans Ford did everything they could within their reasonable power to make things whole. Thank you guys, my family is enjoying the new vehicle.
