2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I flew to Charlotte to check out a Ferrari 812 GTS that Foreign Cars Italia had for sale. Tony Alfano picked me up at the airport and proceeded to give me the best car buying experience of my life. All his information on the car was totally accurate and Tony followed through on everything he promised!

First off, the mechanic did a good job on the car. No complaints. The customer service was alright. I stood in the tiny service area for a few minutes waiting for someone to help and no one said anything to me even though there were 2 employees there. No complimentary snacks. Only a small complimentary coffee. They have snacks but you have to pay the vending machine. I shouldn't complain, but Mazda has a variety of complimentary snacks AND refreshments in their waiting area. Overall I would go back, but I wouldn't look forward to it.

I recently visited JC Lewis Ford to explore the 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. DJ and Sam were my sales associates, and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the process. They offered great pricing upfront, with no pressure or gimmicks. What really stood out was their willingness to let me take the vehicle home for an extended test drive, which gave me time to really evaluate whether it would be the right fit for my family. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the Escape—not because of anything lacking in the dealership experience, but because Ford’s current hybrid lineup doesn’t include a 3-row SUV, which is something I need for my growing family. I also already own a 2017 Escape, so I wasn’t sure the newer model would offer the added space and flexibility I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Kia Sorento Hybrid elsewhere, but I can’t say enough good things about JC Lewis Ford and especially DJ and Sam. If Ford releases a 3-row hybrid with higher MPG in the future, this dealership will absolutely be my first stop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, customer-focused car-buying experience!

I got ahold of Jon Sheets it sounded like he was a good man. Since we were so far away he treated the truck like he was going to buy it for himself. Once we got there he was helpful and honest. I have a 2021 Ford F150 Hybrid bought here in Las Vegas the Transmission when stopped at stop light or stop sign the truck would jerk as if someone had rear ended me. I called where I bought it Ford Country couldn't get it in for 3 months, called Friendly Ford couldn't even get a appt they had no idea, Gaudin was 30 days and Team Ford no one would answer there service phone. I called Mesquite Ford on a Tuesday they had my truck in for an appt that Friday, my truck stayed I was issued a loaner. Thank you for the Excellent Customer Service it was worth the time and distance to come out!
