2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

First off, the mechanic did a good job on the car. No complaints. The customer service was alright. I stood in the tiny service area for a few minutes waiting for someone to help and no one said anything to me even though there were 2 employees there. No complimentary snacks. Only a small complimentary coffee. They have snacks but you have to pay the vending machine. I shouldn't complain, but Mazda has a variety of complimentary snacks AND refreshments in their waiting area. Overall I would go back, but I wouldn't look forward to it.

I got ahold of Jon Sheets it sounded like he was a good man. Since we were so far away he treated the truck like he was going to buy it for himself. Once we got there he was helpful and honest. Hands down one of the best buying experiences I’ve had, was browsing online and found a truck that caught my eye, entered my info and received a call from Alex Estrada, told him I was interested in truck but was curious to see what my trade in would be, sent pictures and vin number and received an offer I was content with. Now the only issue was the truck was in Indiana and awaiting chip. Alex kept me in the loop and finally got good news that truck got chip and was enroute to TX. When it arrived I received another call stating it was ready, I drove down from San Antonio the next day to sign, took about 30 min, and I was headed back north. I’ve bought all my vehicles in San Antonio for the last 25 years and I’m a firm believer on “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” , but not 1 dealer in SA could get what I wanted, this dealership had it produced in 2 weeks. I would definitely drive the 3hr one way trip for another purchase. I only give this place 5 stars because there’s not a 10 star button to choose!

I recently visited JC Lewis Ford to explore the 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. DJ and Sam were my sales associates, and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the process. They offered great pricing upfront, with no pressure or gimmicks. What really stood out was their willingness to let me take the vehicle home for an extended test drive, which gave me time to really evaluate whether it would be the right fit for my family. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the Escape—not because of anything lacking in the dealership experience, but because Ford’s current hybrid lineup doesn’t include a 3-row SUV, which is something I need for my growing family. I also already own a 2017 Escape, so I wasn’t sure the newer model would offer the added space and flexibility I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Kia Sorento Hybrid elsewhere, but I can’t say enough good things about JC Lewis Ford and especially DJ and Sam. If Ford releases a 3-row hybrid with higher MPG in the future, this dealership will absolutely be my first stop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, customer-focused car-buying experience!
