I was very impressed with both the look of the facility (as was my wife and she's no pushover) and the knowledge of our salesman Jesus. I have several Ford Trucks and even have an F-150 the same generation, so I know this truck well. Jesus was able to clearly explain the changes from one model year to the next and showed me a couple of things that I wasn't aware of. A week later, I had a question about customizing the suspension and called to speak to someone in the customization department (I'm sorry, I didn't get his name) and again, I was impressed with the professionalism and depth of knowlege.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

I came looking for a couple of trucks for my business and i found exactly what i was looking for i bought three units for my business i would have almost double the amount if i would have bought new...they allowed me to take the vehicles out to the franchise dealer and some things needed to be fixed so they took care of those little details got me commercial financing and i was pretty much on my way I recommend this dealer no doubt they have a huge inventory you just have to do your own due diligence...

I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

Arman made me feel comfortable from the very beginning of the sales process. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Usually there is some pushy sales person just trying to get you into any car possible just to get the sale. For the first time through my buying process I didn't feel like I had to analysis every word Arman was saying to make sure to try and decipher the real agenda. This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.

I had purchased my first company truck here at Don's about a year ago in 2022 and it was definitely the easiest car purchase I've ever made from any dealership. That vehicle(2017 Silverado) was purchased for my business since purchasing a new truck was out of the question with all the dealerships mark ups. That first vehicle has been my work horse and thankfully it has performed as they said, no issues. When it came time to purchase another truck, I didn't think twice about visiting Don's before any other dealer since they handle good used quality trucks. I was able to get a great deal on a 2018 Silverado. Travis was so up front and transparent about the price and where the vehicle came from. There was a small concern with the vehicle's battery age, but he did not hesitate to swap out and make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again for the amazing service Travis. This truck meet all the wants and needs we wanted in our vehicle. The only thing is I wish they still made the beds smaller like the 2012 have. Otherwise, it is amazing. Good get up and go and smooth ride.

So far this has been an excellent truck,it is a King Ranch with the 6.2 gas and 6 speed transmission. I love everything about this truck except for the fuel mileage, but you don't buy a truck like this for the fuel mileage.

Mine is an F250 Lariat (+Lariat value package) Diesel 4x2 ordered in August 2019 and picked up in Oct 2019 and currently has just over 29,000 miles. Mileage is ~19 MPG @ 70MPH not towing and with a Roll n Lock bed cover. I read these other reviews and am somewhat stunned by all the recall complaints. I had one: for wiring under the driver’s seat. Maybe it was the 4x4 models or those with all the super-duper interior gadgets causing the recalls. Other than two cracked front mud flaps, I’ve had nothing go wrong and really do enjoy the truck. No complaints on the ride - it’s a dang super duty truck so I do not expect it to ride like a sedan. What I really like: the exterior mirrors - they nailed it for fantastic coverage. B&O sound system is great, the quiet ride is surprising, retractable step on tailgate, it’s nice having three memory settings (part of option package), great that it still has knobs for volume, radio tuning, temperature etc, dashboard information is customizable, fit and finish is really quite good. The engine, what’s not to like other than diesel being really expensive right now. I also like the Ford app allowing me to see where the vehicle is located, start it, lock it, and a number of other bits of info as well. What I dislike: Mostly it’s how the controls are designed…Cruise control controls - very outdated in this model but might be better on newer models. Headlights (reg, not LED) are just OK, but the brights really do not do much. Generally dislike all the left hand controls: dash lighting stinks-you have to find/look at it and then hold a button to increase or a separate button to decrease - rotary or rocker style control is much easier and does not require eyes off the road to use. The exterior mirror adjustment control has the typical pad to adjust the mirror itself, but each mirror has a non-descript selector button to activate/arm the adjustment for that side vs a simple and tactile distinct slide to ‘arm’ the side for adjustment. You have to do this each time because once you ‘arm’ a side, it goes inactive after a bit so if you are one needing to fiddle with the driver mirror a lot, you’ll have to activate it each time. Again, you kind of have to look at it to begin the adjustment sequence.
