Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

Also gave me approximate cost of service which was Very close to his quote. Work was done very quickly. Just a great experience. I will be back for my next service when needed. Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

I purchased a truck from them in january 2022, unfortunatly the truck broke down on my way home, it first started with a coolant leak. after my mechanic fixed the leak he noticed the truck was getting a lot of missfires and no codes coming out, they had already replaced fuel bump, and catallic comberters( which the old ones were super burned out) this was now a month later after i had purchased the truck and yet after doing all that work it still didnt run right.... called motorsource to let them know what had happen with it. they were aware that it broke down since day 1 of driving it.. we both agreed that the vehicle needed more work and decided to bring it back to motorsource.. it was a really bad experience at first but these guys understood that the truck was bad or needed work to be sold and we were able to replace it for another truck that would work and didnt have any issues.. Over all experience was great.. these guys were super honest about the situation and were willing to help another business owner with their bussiness needs.. HIGHLY recomend.

I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Mine is an F250 Lariat (+Lariat value package) Diesel 4x2 ordered in August 2019 and picked up in Oct 2019 and currently has just over 29,000 miles. Mileage is ~19 MPG @ 70MPH not towing and with a Roll n Lock bed cover. I read these other reviews and am somewhat stunned by all the recall complaints. I had one: for wiring under the driver’s seat. Maybe it was the 4x4 models or those with all the super-duper interior gadgets causing the recalls. Other than two cracked front mud flaps, I’ve had nothing go wrong and really do enjoy the truck. No complaints on the ride - it’s a dang super duty truck so I do not expect it to ride like a sedan. What I really like: the exterior mirrors - they nailed it for fantastic coverage. B&O sound system is great, the quiet ride is surprising, retractable step on tailgate, it’s nice having three memory settings (part of option package), great that it still has knobs for volume, radio tuning, temperature etc, dashboard information is customizable, fit and finish is really quite good. The engine, what’s not to like other than diesel being really expensive right now. I also like the Ford app allowing me to see where the vehicle is located, start it, lock it, and a number of other bits of info as well. What I dislike: Mostly it’s how the controls are designed…Cruise control controls - very outdated in this model but might be better on newer models. Headlights (reg, not LED) are just OK, but the brights really do not do much. Generally dislike all the left hand controls: dash lighting stinks-you have to find/look at it and then hold a button to increase or a separate button to decrease - rotary or rocker style control is much easier and does not require eyes off the road to use. The exterior mirror adjustment control has the typical pad to adjust the mirror itself, but each mirror has a non-descript selector button to activate/arm the adjustment for that side vs a simple and tactile distinct slide to ‘arm’ the side for adjustment. You have to do this each time because once you ‘arm’ a side, it goes inactive after a bit so if you are one needing to fiddle with the driver mirror a lot, you’ll have to activate it each time. Again, you kind of have to look at it to begin the adjustment sequence.

So far this has been an excellent truck,it is a King Ranch with the 6.2 gas and 6 speed transmission. I love everything about this truck except for the fuel mileage, but you don't buy a truck like this for the fuel mileage.

I love my truck!!!! i have a 2013 F250 crew cab with the 6.7 diesel. Bought it with 114k and now it has 150k. It has been very reliable and I can trust it to go anywhere. There have been somethings that affect the 11-16 model years, and all 6.7 diesels. In the 11-16 model years, the body mounts WILL have to be changed if they haven't, Ford used xxxxty ones from the factory. If you option for the diesel, you WILL have to upgrade the cold side intercooler pipe, the factory on WILL fail, just a matter of when. Other than that, its a great truck, and they are truly built to last. Not bad for a truck that's almost 10years old

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

The truck runs great with 300.000 thousand miles. But it has regular maintenance. I don't use it as a daily work vehicle any longer. It will probably outlast me.
