I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. Clayton at Rockwall Ford made it happen! I had a 500.00 plus bill for the service on my truck and he called telling me I had Ford Pass money and could use it to pay. I had no clue about it and was about to pay out of pocket. So grateful for Clayton and his team bringing up that option.
