Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time. They were very professional, helpful and courteous though the whole process. The finance dept was smooth and explained all the paperwork for a fast transaction. Waited under an hour...not bad...thanks IRA Ford. Oops, almost forgot...I was very disappointed to hear Ford has discontinued the Edge model. WHAT are you guys doing? We are happy with our Edge, most other owners we've spoken with feel the same...I just can't understand your marketing strategy on this one.
