I need to start by saying Rudy and the dealership he works for went above and beyond for me. I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! The kindness and knowledge and down right common decency and a acknowledgment for my time was mind blowing! I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else but Leif Johnson Ford In Austin!! I have purchased a couple of vehicles from riata Ford and the quality of service to me personally is excellent. I really appreciate them working with me on purchasing my new Ford Mustang. Representatives were helpful and cordial but the process which was pretty much completed by the time I went to pick up the vehicle took two additional hours. That is not acceptable!

Great process. Very direct sales manager. Helpful finance department. Process was good. Small issue with address on paperwork that was resolved very quickly. Online department was great.

I never felt pressured, I got exactly what I wanted. Both Johnny B and the financial manager was great, helpful and explained everything to me. I walked out with all my papers in my hand unlike the last dealership in Hutto over a year and I still don?t have the paperwork. Johnny even sit up my phone and ford apps.
