My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The sales person was very laid back and did not put any pressure on us to purchase. When we are ready to purchase I would definitely go back!

My variceal was delivered a couple weeks early, but was not informed that I needed to complete purchase earlier as well. It made me scramble to get to dealer as I was traveling. All worked out and hopefully Ford will take notice so this problem is r=easily resolved.

Went in to buy a used vehicle they had in their inventory. The finance manager worked out a good deal with me to meet my needs in the vehicle i was interested in. The sales person Axel was great with comunication in the car i was interested on.

I leased my 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum from Colonial Ford and let me tell you, the only thing nicer than the car (whic is REALLY NICE) was the way I was treated by Mark and Tim. No high pressure selling. No haggling on price. They even gave me top dollar for my trade-in. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I had a Bronco I wanted to trade in after deciding to downsize so I sent in an inquiry to Wayne Ford using cars.com. I was a bit skeptical since I’ve never used the app, but their team reached out rather quickly and gave me a ball park for my trade-in through text. I took the drive over from Philly and met the representative, Eric, who reached out to me. I took my new vehicle for a test drive, sat down to discuss my trade in and he did everything in his power to help me get the price I wanted for my trade. I had two other dealerships in the area who were calling me for my trade-in but Eric did a great job hearing me out and pushing to maximize the trade in value of my vehicle while coming down on the price of my new car. After some back and forth, he got me in the ballpark of where I wanted to be and beat out the other two offers I had. It’s nice to be back in a spot where a car salesman wants to compete for your business and doesn’t fall back on the high chance that someone will come in and pay an absurd amount over MSRP. The financial representative, Jordy, was a great help as well. He wasn’t pushing or pressuring me to purchase a bunch of extra warranties I wasn’t interested in, he simply walked me through the options I had with Wayne Ford, what each covered and the costs associated with each one. I went to Sunshine Ford to book a recall repair appointment for my 2022 Bronco. I wanted to find out the cost of an extended warranty in the event I kept my 2022 Bronco for another 2 years. The salesman pointed out that in addition to the cost of the extended warranty, I would need to buy new tires. The salesman found a 2025 model for me that was similar to the 2022. At first, I was undecided. When I went back for the recall repair, I decided to buy the 2025 Bronco the salesman recommended. I love my new Bronco. I am glad I listened to his advice.
