This is my third vehicle purchased from Kendall Ford. This time I traded my 2021 F-150 for a 2025 Lincoln Corsair. Good crew over at Bryan Jeffery Motors. I live in Kodiak and was looking for a used car and came across this dealership. The logistics for getting the vehicle to Kodiak requires a few steps but we were able to get it here with no issues. Pretty easy to get a hold of the guys at Bryan Jeffery Motors and usually heard back on questions within a day, if not same day. Had to have someone look over and test drive the vehicle and the crew was pretty flexible with their schedule. My buying process was pretty simple and didn't require a loan or any financial lending, so I don't have too much feedback on any in-house financing or work with banks. Had to pay extra to get the vehicle to Whittier to be put on the ferry but was appreciative that they were able to do that. Appreciated their ability to get an auto-start installed and winter tires changed over before shipping to Kodiak. Only negative feedback would be that the gas gauge was pretty much on empty when I received the vehicle, but that's about it. I am very pleased with the purchase and am loving my vehicle so far! Definitely would recommend others looking at Bryan Jeffery Motors for a vehicle.

2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

I met Arsalan in the evening on a Friday. He had been at work all day when I arrived, but he didn't seem irritated by my presence, even though I came in later than normal. I mention this because I know that if I were in his position, I would just want to go home when my shift ended. I told Arsalan the model of car I wanted and he showed me where it was parked.
