I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and had been to all of the dealerships in Anchorage. I stopped by Kendall Volkswagen second to last, just to see if there was any SUV's in the price range I was looking at (30k-40k). I saw the Volkswagen Tiguan. The previous car I had was the Subaru Forester XT and loved it, but it was no longer in production and I had to get something new. First of all I want to say that the new location (6115 Old Seward Hwy) was by FAR the best laid out dealership in Anchorage and also was the cleanest in town. The new building is awesome. I had a great experience working with their sales team! My salesman was Marko and he was super knowledgeable about Volkswagens. I test drove the 2018 Tiguan and was hooked. It had all the amenities that I wanted and they had various models. Marko was great to work with and the dealership wasn't pressing me to JUST MAKE A SALE. It came down to great professionalism! It should always be about what fits best for the consumer and not just making people feel pressured into buying something. I worked with one of the sales managers on the Volkswagen side named Firmen and he was super easy to deal with. The whole transaction came through super fast. I have bought several vehicles and to be out the door in three hours from just walking in was a great sign of relief! I work in Law Enforcement and they had additional rebates for the vehicle, just for Military and First responders. The sale department was great at answering any of the questions I had. I'm super happy with my new purchase and I would recommend Volkswagen to all of my friends. Great value for a sweet ride!
These guys are amazing! I bought my car from these guys earlier this year. The whole buying process was fantastic no hard pushy sales, Thank you Ross!!! I recently went on vacation and left my ignition on and of course my battery was dead as could be. I tried to charge it my self but failed. I called these guy's, they had it towed to the dealership for free, got it charged, did my oil change, gave me a loner Porsche for 24 hours. cleaned my car inside and out. Then delivered my car to me 30 miles away and took back the loaner car. The only bill i got was for the new battery charger.
WOW WOW WOW now that's what I call service!!!!

Arn provided excellent customer service throughout the purchase process. He went to extra effort to find the vehicle I wanted at another branch of the dealership and had the vehicle transported from Fairbanks Alaska to Anchorage Alaska at no extra charge.
Brought in my F150 for oil change. I received good service from the rep that checked the vehicle in and was on my way quickly. The only reason I did not set this review at 5 stars is that no one in the Service Department went over my vehicle status with me upon pick up. For numerous years after purchasing this vehicle, it was standard practice to have a service rep review the vehicle status upon pick up. You guys are still doing a good job but for a while, you were doing a 'great job'.
As usual, work at Kendall Ford of Wasilla was done properly, and in a timely manner. To date, we've never experienced any mistakes in the maintenance of the 3 vehicles we've purchased form them, and the several free oil changes you get when buying a good used vehicle is certainly appreciated.
I had an enjoyable buying experience dealing with Bill Ingle at Kendall Ford. He presented a few F 150's to me and explained all of the functions and differences between trim levels. He located and arranged transfer of my new F 150 from the Anchorage store to satisfy my color choice. The Ford Edge I traded in served me very well and I'm sure the new F 150 will too.

I’m a director person, I gather info then a make decision off facts, not emotions. My emotional side was getting catered to more. There’s is some of us that aren’t going to felling love with a object.
Briana was excellent to work with! She worked hard to met my needs, explained everything every step if the way and worked everything out while staying within my budget. I have one more issue to take care of on my Focus but couldn't afford to do it now. Bri got the price reduced and said to come in whenever I'm ready. I told her it could be a few months and she said no problem, whenever I'm ready. Now that's service!
