The car was exactly as pictured with all the options as listed. Rick set me up with an on time transporter and it was $200 less than quoted . I have bought 6 cars using internet sales (3 from CarMax and 3 from other dealers and Rick Quillin was the best and most professional by far. We tow a 35' fifth wheel travel trailer, which can be fully loaded to 17k, at least once every 3 to 5 weeks for a minimum of about 300 miles round- trip. We have had zero problems while towing and have done little more than standard maintenance on it. We bought new in 2012 and currently have a little more than 108k miles on it. This is the first year that we have had to spend some money on repairs, but it is nothing that I have not heard of from a diesel truck of its age and mileage. I am glad I sprung for the King Ranch version (I actually could not find a dealer on the west coast states that had an XLT with Fx4) as this is the first vehicle that we have owned longer than 5 years or 55k miles. We love our f-450 and hope to see at least 500k miles without too much trouble. As far as mpg goes, our truck does not seem to care of it is towing 5k pounds or 20k pounds, the mpg seems to remain the same. Doing a u-turn in our f-450 is a dream compared to our previous 2004 f-250, much tighter turning radius with an easy one hand touch instead of two difficult hands from our f-250.

This is a super heavy duty truck, this is intended for heavy hauling. It is a rough riding truck when empty but you should expect that from a heavy duty truck. Has tons of power and turns on a dime.

I recently took my son's 2004 mustang in for a noise located in the rear of the car. Michelle Mederos(service advisor) and the service team is professional, friendly,and makes you feel welcome. Michelle is very helpful and keeps you up to date with the information on your vehicle. This is my second car I have taken there. I will definitely continue coming back. It is truly nice to find a trustworthy service department in today's world!

Used this Truck to pull a 22,000 lb fifth wheel. It was extremely comfortable towing. Had the power needed and the Options (heated, A/C, massage seats, voice nav, adaptive cruise control, etc.) made long trips easy and comfortable. The 48 gal gas tank made it easy to travel all day without having to fuel up. I've had 3 Ford trucks and this one was the best.

Despite some initial hangups, we were able to work together for a Deal that worked for everyone. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from country Chevrolet and we’ll see what the high degree of probability and honesty. I bought the Platinum edition, I love this truck. Smooth riding, lots of extra features. Seems bigger than the 2017 F350, but they are the same size.

yes I have the 2011 F450 Guinee pig, as I call it. I have really had min. issues. One time the pressure box for the Turbo blew the ring off at the connection portion of it? Still don't know why, Bad mold? Turbo issue? They fixed it for fee, Now mind you my Truck is low miles owned straight from Factory. I currently have about 76000 miles on it. Not to long ago the engine light came on, I pulled over and looked under the hood. Everything was full, and engine light did not flash what was wrong nor looking at the computer part of the gages told me what was up. I figured I have an extended warranty my husband said drive it home. Drove it up to Ford. They ran their code on it. and the heating element for the DEF tank, was going out. It hadn't completely gone out. But going. That is 1000.00 fix thankfully my extended warranty covered it. with a 100 dollar deductible, July 5 I took it into Ford Quick Lane. had the oil and all the filters changed. I drove it up to Woodland Ca and back. Thankfully what happened yesterday didn't happen on the 10 hour turn around. I had to go get something Big so I pulled my truck up to wash it off. Turned off the hose. I could hear something running like a cow peeing of a flat Rock. I looked and about then it died. as a safety Code went off. I popped the hood, turned on the key aux and fuel was spraying out of the Fuel filter. and the cap seal portion. spraying is an under statement. It was coming out like a high pressure Hose with no end. Dumped a tank a fuel in a matter of seconds. Had it towed up to Ford. and They tried to give this spill of we had to order a part, and we will have to take off the manifold to get to a hose which is ran under the manifold. Ya they have plastic manifolds. Big Job as they said. I said well my truck better not have any issues after this. You guys messing with things under my hood. Oh it will be fine! No Fine isn't good enough. I want the engine compartment Degreased as well as the undercarriage. I better not have any issues with wiring components, Or any other damage due to the diesel spraying all over! So will see. I have not had but three things happen on this truck. Since 2011

My 2009 F450 is an incredible truck! The engineering and performance are truly impressive. I tow a 41' 5th-wheel toy hauler and my F450 delivers the power, braking, and comfort not available in other trucks. I am so impressed with the exceptional tow ratings and GVWR. Friends comment on the beautifully appointed interior, sound system and overall appearance. Mechanically, the truck has been stellar.
