I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. From the moment I began working with Pete Restivo, I knew that I wanted to make my purchase with him, and do business with Five Star Ford. Each time I stopped by, I was treated well by everyone that I interacted with, my time was considered, I never felt pushed to make the purchase, only supported in getting all the facts to make the decision. I do not leave a lot of reviews, and take it seriously when I do and I would absolutely recommend Pete Restivo and Five Star Ford to anyone interested in checking out a new Ford.

Our buying experience with Kevin Baldwin at Prospect Ford was excellent! Was disappointed in warranty coverages not coincident with each other. It was explained well by Zack in Finance. The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. At the end of a car ownership (owner being ready to replace) the dealership and owner are called to evaluate, reconcile, and gain agreement on next steps. And then the new owner must deal with the rating of the vehicle based on its upkeep and condition. The better warranties vehicle will by data be the better upkept. SO THEN Ford's base warranty-offer covering powertrain, extended and GAP considerations should perfectly align and terminate at the same mileage and years. AND THEN Ford's opening warranty proposal should be well determined based on driver usage, and the data that Ford knows well presented about repair. For example. In my case (purchasing a pre certified vehicle with 28K miles), the powertrain warranty was 6 years 100k miles and the extended "wrap" warranty sold was 6 years and 75K miles. NOT coincident. AND It appears that the car driver usage was not considered or weighted. I believe both Ford and This owner share in that mistake. That said, Ford is the specialist, not the owner. And I believe that most all owners with a well-presented warranty plan will be willing to pay the $20-30 increase between the 6-75 and 6-100 (or 120) warranty offer. The presentation calculation would show the reasonable "to be owner" why the additional investment would be sound thinking for every financial consideration excepting the day of the sale. Ford is a (the) premier car company Ford is the specialist about its warranties and servicing its vehicles. The customer is not the specialist and can only speak of vehicle driving usage. Rather than move vehicles off the lot, Ford must move more people's thinking about warranty service (and perhaps about math HA) The math of usage and service events costs is an easy sell) I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY A "SPECIAL" HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY OFFER, REQUIRING MY GETTING POWER TRAIN, THOSE ITEMS IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WELL AS FLUIDS CHANGE DONE AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. THIS IN ORDER TO PRESENT A PRE CERTIFIED VEHICLE WHEN READY TO TRADE IN.

I have been a 3500 furs max guy for over 10 years. This new F450 makes the 1 Ton Chevy feel like a toy. More power, across the board, more comfort, better handling and the turning radius is sick - I can bust U turns at will!!!

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.

Great truck...comfortable and heavy duty. Has a great look while being functional. Storage capacity is great to keep things organized. Installed a plow so snow won’t be an issue

I'd argue my experience here was more like a 3.5 than a four, but it wasn't too bad. Of course there was the typical salesman crap you'd expect, even if you're just in the looking phase. But overall the dealership was clean and well kept, and other times I've been to this dealership for service they have been professional. But I have not bought from them. Even though my one experience looking at cars here was average, all things considered I'd say this is a good place.

I have tried Chevy Duramax, and it was lacking power, and the transmission died after 3 years with low mileage. so then I switched to ford and it is working so much better. plus the controls are so much more comfortable.

Most of the features are conveniently located for the driver. The truck pulls a load well. Its also hauls a load and carries it also carries a load well.

I shopped online for many weeks for a clean, low mileage, FJ Cruiser. First one I bought from another well known online dealer was rejected on delivery for a very rusty frame. PPAG had the one I liked and they helped me by FaceTime letting me see the frame and other areas of most concern. Blake [Sales Mgr] drew up all the documents and over-nighted them to me. I was able to sign them ahead of time spend only 1 hour at the dealership looking over the FJ and driving it. Deal done - Thank you Blake. I did find a few flaws when I got the vehicle home but hey, I bought a discontinued vehicle I had always wanted and the few cosmetic issues were to be expected and easily remedied - no show stoppers - the 80 mile drive home gave me confidence that this FJ was a keeper. I had made the right choice in both vehicle and dealership. If you are shopping for a clean used car or truck, I will recommend PPAG with zero reservations. Keep your expectations neutral and do your homework - it's your money.

Bought a 08 Ford F-450 2 years ago with 87,000 for 30 grand. Flew out to Omaha and drove it back to Wyoming. Diesel hog to the max. Spent a lot getting it back. Have replaced: front locking hubs-both sides, shocks, wheels, tires, mirrors (both sides) running boards, front and back bumpers, new brakes and rotors, (Ranchhand on the front because of too many deer on the road out here near the Wind River Mtns. (I've hit 6 in 20 years with my suburban)). Had it tuned with a computer I bought out of Canada, The same company won't sell it in the states. We cut off everything and tricked it into thinking it still had all the smog stuff. Straight pipe to the back and I no longer need to add def. Have lot's of horsepower and I don't even have it on the go-fast tune. It also doesn't have the old way of following the ruts in the road and it doesn't decide to change lanes on it's own anymore with the Striker front steering 2 shock arm. Steers easily with my pinky now. 100 gallon tank in the back helps me from jouncing off the ceiling due to the stiff ride. I was getting 11 or less mpg. Now I avg around 18 and in long hauls more like 24. That is if I go 55. 65 and up the mileage goes down significantly. Great looking truck, I just love it regardless of what others say. Got it with a hairline crack in the oil pan. Replacing that pan cost $3500 as the engine had to be lifted. Replaced the fuel filters on it and still have the original tires as well as a new set of 6, anyone interested?

I have only put about 500 miles on it so far but I love this truck. It has just about every conceivable option and performs like a champ.

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.
