Kyle Leckey is one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with, low pressure and will work for you. Steve finance does a phenomenal job. General manager David Kohler is a phenomenal person to work with on the higher level at a dealership. I have purchased many vehicles from Chapman Ford and will continue to do so. Their service department is exemplary also.

I bought the Platinum edition, I love this truck. Smooth riding, lots of extra features. Seems bigger than the 2017 F350, but they are the same size.

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! Used this Truck to pull a 22,000 lb fifth wheel. It was extremely comfortable towing. Had the power needed and the Options (heated, A/C, massage seats, voice nav, adaptive cruise control, etc.) made long trips easy and comfortable. The 48 gal gas tank made it easy to travel all day without having to fuel up. I've had 3 Ford trucks and this one was the best.

Great truck this new 7.3 gas engine is a working fool. Together with 4.88 gears and a 10 speed this is a great truck and still getting 8-9 mpg i am very happy pulling a trailer with mini excavator, or tractor.

I have been a 3500 furs max guy for over 10 years. This new F450 makes the 1 Ton Chevy feel like a toy. More power, across the board, more comfort, better handling and the turning radius is sick - I can bust U turns at will!!!

I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.

We tow a 35' fifth wheel travel trailer, which can be fully loaded to 17k, at least once every 3 to 5 weeks for a minimum of about 300 miles round- trip. We have had zero problems while towing and have done little more than standard maintenance on it. We bought new in 2012 and currently have a little more than 108k miles on it. This is the first year that we have had to spend some money on repairs, but it is nothing that I have not heard of from a diesel truck of its age and mileage. I am glad I sprung for the King Ranch version (I actually could not find a dealer on the west coast states that had an XLT with Fx4) as this is the first vehicle that we have owned longer than 5 years or 55k miles. We love our f-450 and hope to see at least 500k miles without too much trouble. As far as mpg goes, our truck does not seem to care of it is towing 5k pounds or 20k pounds, the mpg seems to remain the same. Doing a u-turn in our f-450 is a dream compared to our previous 2004 f-250, much tighter turning radius with an easy one hand touch instead of two difficult hands from our f-250.

Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!
