Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

I was never contacted about the TCM Module Re-Call But was about the Door Latches it saddened to know that Ford isn't standing Behind Their Productivity in this simi- Luxury Sports Vehicle it is a Great Vehicle to have is Great on Gas and is excellent in the city and on the Highway I Believe it Could Be Even Greater With The Quad Exhaust Turbine Engine with Shock Absorbsion with all the Bell's and Whistles to Boot

Ford Focus was born to be hatchback and manual transmission. I had two in Brazil and this one in US, bought from the first owner and now with 192K miles. No big issues, just normal wear. Stay away from automatics, SAVE THE MANUALS!!!!!

Such an easy process! Communicated with the sales rep what I needed and was on a time crunch and they made it happen. Was in and out of the dealership in record time. Also, their finance manager was able to work extra deals on my behalf, which was fantastic coming in at a lower price than I anticipated with warranty and gap insurance included, absolutely fantastic! I really like this car a lot. It's has decent m.pg. I like that it doesn't have a gas cap. Love everything but, I can't see around the head rest very well, tried to take them out, but you can't

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. Bought a rust free, 77,000 mile 2000 Ford Taurus from Dustin at Rush City Auto Sales on Jan. 31, 2026 for $4,000. My formula for a great deal on a used car is $100/month driveable car. So, if this Taurus is driveable for 40 months at U.S. average 12K miles/year, that equates to around 77,000 miles + 36,000 miles + 4 X $100/month = 117,000 miles. Will the all iron Ford V6 Vulcan V6 engine make it to 117,000 miles? xxxx yes!

Frontier motors was a truly great experience! We traveled from out of state and everything was transparent and easy, start to finish! The GM Todd was super personable and friendly.
