The service was great. We walked onto the dealership floor, and was met with a Luther employee who directed us to the Salesman who We spoke with on the phone. About 5--10 minutes later We were on a test drive with the car We wanted to look at, and about 20 minutes later We purchased it. The car was a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek, and will be perfect for bad weather and winter driving. The sales team were great to work with, and honest. Perry told us about the re-man transmission in it, and also promised a couple of other problems would be taken care of. It was a perfect sales-customer relationship. 5 years and 170k rack up. this vehicle has been trouble free and fun to drive. 1.5L lacks power but what do you expect for that displacement. handles nice, quiet on most roads, and good fuel economy (29.5 avg in the mountain's).
