I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!

In my opinion, this is the best dealership in Paragould or Jonesboro! Over the years I have been to different ones & yes, Bayird has them ALL BEAT! THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS! ,Courthouse, know what they are doing, and most of all they aren't pushy salesmen!!! My transaction was done within 2 hours! I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

140,000 trouble free miles so far. Nothing more than scheduled maintenance. Drives great, acceleration very good with a 240 hp tubo. May get a new one when available.

I have my 2007 Fusion since new, now with 300K miles on it. Other than normal maintenance I've only had to replace the alternator. Great car and looking forward to hitting 500K miles in it.

Needed a bake actuator pump on my 2008 Prius. At 210000 and 15 years old a new one was to costly. The parts dept went on a search and found one in the after market and saved me half the cost of replacing it. Super nice people. Brian in the device dept went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy new to head straight to Toyota of Boardman and ask for Kevin!!!

Was excellent, I worked out a deal at home via phone, email or text, which reduced my time at the dealership. Which resulted in a great buying experience. I was surprised at the number of customers and friendly sales staff on a Monday well that speaks for itself. So if you are looking for a new or used vehicle Honda Marysville was worth the drive.

I love my fusion se. Only problem I've really had is my keypad and battery. When it rains my key pad gets hit by rain and drains my battery. Have had it for almost 7 yrs have just over 100,000 and it's been a great car.

Love the style got the2020 S model put I upset it didn’t have a cd player in it got the 2.5 motor made by Mazda 175 HP . Not fast but OK 👍 rides great. Still turns head till this day or maybe because mines white looks like an undercover police car with tinted windows it has .

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! 2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

I have a 2019 AWD titanium with the 2 lt ecoboost. I hear bad things about the engine later but it hasn't been an issue at all. Bought it at 32k miles now at 62k after 4 years. Has been very reliable for me. Had to replace the tires, brake pads, and battery after 4 years but all that is standard wear and tear. Otherwise no issues at all except for one time when I needed to reset the console as it was stuck showing only the backup camera view. The equipment on the Titanium is exceptional. It really is as good or better than the top spec of many cars now in production in terms of equipment. I love the safety features and with the AWD it just can't slip even in torrential rain. This is important for me as where I live there are two or three lane regular roads that wind around quite a bit (with reasonable hills) but have a 55-65 mile an hour speed limit. Haven't tried it in snow but I imagine it will be equally good there. On dirt tracks its just fine even though it has limited clearance. Its basically a car for anyone. It's sporty enough that it can perform well (I have checked and the 0-60 is indeed around 6 seconds), however with AWD and all the safety features it works as a family car too and the Titanium spec is comfortable enough for a long distance cruiser and feels pretty luxurious. The 13 speaker stereo is also really nice for long journeys. The only bad thing about it is the fuel economy isn't great especially if you drive it sportily at all. But if, like me, you want a great all round car that you can on the odd occasion take to a track and not look completely stupid, this one is definitely fine and even the paddles respond fast.

Bought my first car in 12 years and Marco made the experience very smooth. He was great in explaining my options, talking about the various models I was looking at and working with us on finance packages. Love this car, smooth driving and love the look of it. The backup camera keeps telling me to check with the dealership and so I will need to figure that out, but overall an amazing car

I've had my 2016 Fusion SE for over a year now. 2.0L with 163k. I love the Fusion's exterior design. Sleek and agile. Mine appears to be custom with a heated steering wheel and seats, dual exhaust, and a few other things that aren't standard on the SE trim. I've replaced a few sensors (purge, turbo boost, and waste gate) and the headlights over the last year. I am soooooo bummed the Fusion was discontinued.

I have bought seven Nissan vehicles from Action Nissan and after trying to buy another car, for my daughter from them. I decided they did not want my business and was pleasantly surprised of the amount of effort your dealership put in to sell me a vehicle. The victim.

I absolutely love this car. One of the best investments I have ever made. This is the Third ford vehicle I have owned. Its got a really smooth ride. I love the safety features. I drove my Fusion from California to Ohio and back. I was averaging 725 miles to the tank. My only disappointment is that they no longer make the Ford Fusion Hybrids.

Great first car in my opinion, I’ve had 2 fusions now. My second one 19’ SE ecoboost (current) does have its issues such as transmission problems that I’ve never had in my 16’ SE but it rides comfortably, looks good, very safe and puts down some good power for a 1.5 liter. When I got into my accident with the 16’ it was honestly not bad, solid hit but I barely moved and the car took the impact really well (airbags did not deploy) ford is really tough lol. I’m in love with this car and I hoping to transfer to fusion sport soon. Definitely a sleeper just wish it could look more aggressive

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion SE since 2019 and it's been amazing, right up until someone hit-n-run me causing it to be declared a total loss. I've mostly driven the highway in my Fusion and honestly I'm going to miss it, it's been an amazing vehicle. Started at 33k miles and ended at 74k only having to replace the rotors, brakes and tires in the 5 year time frame.

I'm a Ford person. You cant get the Ford out of me. I have always liked their style and features. And the price of my Fusion was a plus. I have always owned a Ford vehicle and they always step it up to keep my interest intrigued. All of the Ford vehicles I've owned were comfortable, sturdy, great power (motor wise) and fancy for me.
