Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

We had a great experience. Our sales person at Ford was great. He took all the time we needed. He was not pushy. Answered all our question. Did not rush us.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

Johnny Hayes goes above and beyond to help the Ford Family customers. Great communicator, very willing to do extensive research when challenging vehicle issues arise. Because of Johnny, I have already sent two new customers to Metro Ford to have their vehicles serviced.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. They have repaired my vehicle on different occasions and have always done an excellent job. The service department gets me an appointment as soon as possible.

Went through Zachary in the service department, had an issue and his knowledge and professionalism was stellar, they worked to fix a situation that was not their problem. I highly recommend using them.

At this point all I do is call, give them my phone number(when they start with that), schedule what I need done and it is taken care of. The Valet service is nice, (make sure to schedule a few days in advance and have a Lees Summit address for them to pick up from). Super pleased.

The fact that y'all come out to my house to perform the service at no additional cost is phenomenal. The young man who performed the service was very courteous.

I have had great service there for years. However, they tried to push expensive services on me that are not required in my Ford manual thousands of miles before necessary. Big turnover of staff I noticed. Not sure what is going on at the management level. Service manager is pushing BG products and not Ford Motorcraft. Maybe will buy a Toyota next time.
