I cannot say enough good things about van Bodle Ford. I bought a new car and The whole experience was awesome. We met with the salesman first who told us everything we didn’t know about the vehicle laid out the exact pricing and what we could expect in the buying process. Next, we met with the finance manager, who did exactly the same thing. It was the easiest I have ever bought a vehicle in my life. They should get 10 out of five because they are that good.

Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

Pleased that the process from walking in the door, taking a test drive, and making a deal took less than one hour. We were able to get the car two days later and we are happy with the vehicle.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. They definitely stand behind there work and even after the sale of a vehicle Adam in service definitely made me think without a doubt they are best dealership in and around area. Hopefully they take care of everybody same way they will definitely be in business long time

Great to have our car back Looks good, air conditioner works well. However the check engine light is back on. I will call about that.

There are many people in the dealership that assist with your service. Some are better than others. The biggest blunder I routinely have is the vehicle techs leaving muddy scraps on the door panel, messy fingerprints ( attention to detail mishaps) while returning the vehicle to the owner.

Was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service writers were very friendly, and made sure my needs were taken care of. I was a waiter and they had my vehicle out and ready in a very reasonable amount of time.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a second new vehicle from Van Bortel. The sales man was very helpful, low pressure, and did not waste my time. I will be back when I need my next vehicle.
