Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

My Mach E is twice as quiet as my Model 3 was and much smoother. The road noise is quieted by a stiff composite felt used for the wheel wells. It is roomer and larger than a Tesla for less price. I love the controls and screens so much more than the Tesla as they are similar to most cars.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Colonial Ford. Their customer service team was nothing but phenomenal! I found a car online I did an inquiry. The next day I received a text message asking about appointment times and confirming the vehicle was still available the day before and also the morning of my appointment. I was greeted with friendly smiles. Tom Sweeney was great. He showed me the car inside and outside. Took me on a test drive. Asked me what I wanted to do and I said I want a second opinion and that I won’t be available till Monday night. We came down we looked at it and then I went home ran some numbers talked to them and they worked with me so I could get into my next vehicle. They weren’t pushy at all, they weren’t your typical car dealership people that hound you and take advantage of a women looking at a car alone. I’m beyond thankful for them and I hope to do business again with them in the future when it’s time for an upgrade. I have been waiting for a really COOL all EV for five years. Traded in a 2018 Volt hybrid. I've looked at every EV out there and didn't find on that nocked my socks off. The new Cadillac Lyriq caught my attention. I went ahead and bought the Mach E and thought I would trade it in on the Lyriq in a couple of years. I really like my Mach E. It's fast, comfortable, quiet and looks great. The new Lyriq will have to be really great to get me to switch. W

Over 80% of the charging energy comes from our home solar panels. Ford allows you to set up this Mustang to match your driving preferences. By selecting Whisper mode with 1-Pedal driving turned off, our Mach-E drives like a "normal" car but has quiet, instant, intoxicating acceleration at all speeds. Its cargo capacity matches our 2019 Acura RDX, which is still our choice when destinations are over 5 hours away.

I add 2,000mi per month on my Mach-e hauling a full load of Musical equipment to far flung gigs within a 3 County rural mountainous area in all kinds of weather and my monthly charging cost has never exceeded $29! Wow! Love this SUV! Have never had an issue whatsoever in anyway and have found the ride & handling superb 👌 I've never had to commercially charge my Mach-e and have never returned home with less than 40% battery! This Ford technology is absolutely outstanding and to my opinion is by far ahead of most others. My Mach-e is the basic model SELECT with AWD and comfort option. I did not want the glass roof up in this far northern climate and have found my Mach-e very warm in cold and very cool in hot weather. Thank you Ford, for an awesome EV! 👌

Purchased this car 10 months ago, and it's been perfect in every respect, and completely in contrast to the Tesla Model Y we just foolishly picked up 10 days ago as a 2nd car. The Tesla has already had two problems and we're trying to get it serviced. I wouldn't know about Ford's service because absolutely nothing has gone wrong with the Mach-E and it's a delight to drive. My wife loves the design, it's quick, efficient and roomy. We paid more than we should have for it, but it feels like a premium car and we're very happy with it

Bought my Bronco Raptor from Brewster Ford (and I live in Mass) and Michael Rose, the sales manager, made the whole experience a real delight! From straightforward, honest pricing, to answering all my questions promptly at any time of the day, keeping me updated, and accommodating all my add-on requests, I can't recommend Michael and this dealership enough. He's honest, friendly, and attentive - a real gentleman. I should also mention Brian in financing who got me a fantastic loan deal, Bonnie who processed the registration paperwork and delivered my car in Mass, and finally Robert (supervisor/manager) who was also extremely friendly and helpful and started the whole process on a great footing. I only wish they were closer to where I live so I could do all my maintenance, repair, etc. work with them.

Just 2000 miles in so I can’t really gauge reliability. So far it is the best car I’ve ever purchased. Incredibly smooth and powerful with fairly tight suspension and steering. A cross between a small SUV and a sports car. Although it might look smallish on the outside it has plenty enough interior room for my 6’ frame…something Ford is always good at. My buying experience was very good. Ordered online and had a 9 month wait. The dealer honored the original price in spite of inflation and didn’t put any add-ons on to the car. They obviously did offer to sell me a bunch but didn’t push it as I politely refused. The blue color I got on the California Route 1 trim looks fantastic and turns a lot of heads.

Will was our salesperson and I would tell you hands down to just go straight to him. If they have the car you are looking for he will make sure you go home with it that day. Very personable and at no time did I doubt I would get the deal I needed.!

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!
